We had a great experience with Chandler. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to identify our issue and fix it quickly. Would recommend him to anyone.
Our 28 year old! HVAC system died in early June. We called PPA&E on a Thursday, they came out on Friday and gave us the news.They came back the next week and installed our new system. We had some issues with the new thermostat and they promptly responded, and ultimately fixed the problem with a different thermostat. These guys and their office staff are good- and they follow-up on their work. Highest recommendation.
Briar came out earlier than we were told he would be here and he was very professional and courteous. He worked the problem quickly to get our air condition working again and to help us set up for future service with the their plumber next week. Would highly recommend!
I was pleased that the technician was an hour and half early and was able to quickly solve my air conditioning issue on such a hot couple of days.
Alex was courteous and competent. He correctly diagnosed my problem and suggested sensible maintenance services for my 15 year old HVAC system.
We needed Pro Plumbing help to replace the outer and inner units of a dead ac unit.Nathan and Fig responded and we could not have asked for better professionals. Each was knowledgeable and hard working. They did not stop till job was done and everything was working great. So polite and respectful. You should be proud of these employees. Also Alex Gaines is exceptional also. Kudos to them !!!!!!
JJ was thorough and and informative about what was going on with our hvac system. Also saw what was going on faster than who we had out from our home warranty company who had kept having to come out 5 times and each time not fixing the issue. Thanks to JJ's thorough inspection we got to the problem and our getting it fixed. Definitely will keep doing business with this professional company Nathan was sent to install the unit and he was super polite and professional. He was thorough and pushed to get our unit in same day given there was a late start once again this company doesn't disappoint and I will definitely use them again
Edward and James were very professional and polite. They were quick and informative. I would be glad to have them work on my projects anytime.

Drew was on time to the appointment. I received the estimate in a timely manner. He was very professional and provided valuable information that will assist in making an informed decision on a new water heater.
Technician Trent arrived as scheduled for an estimate on gas line installation for stove. He listened and was patient as I mentioned a few other items that were a concern. He seemed to do a thorough job at analyzing the job before presenting the estimate. I still have some other things to consider before I decide on this job but would recommend Pro Plumbing for quotes on plumbing needs.
Edward and Alessandro, our install techs, did great work. They arrived on time, worked methodically throughout a long hot day, stayed till the job was done, cleaned up everything, even took away our old concrete AC pad. Very satisfied.
My heat pump has been broken for 4 months and I was using another company they couldn’t fix it or seem to figure out why it wasn’t working. Called Pro Air and they sent JJ out that day and 3 days later Nathan installed our new system. Everyone was very nice and did a great job. (The only reason it even took 3 days was because it was a holiday weekend)
Briar Herd was on call and helped me out with our upstairs AC unit. He was able to get us back up and running within about 2 hours from when I called the office.
. I was once part owner of a business. My experience with Austin tells me I would hire him as an employee. That is the highest compliment I can give an employee.
I consider Mike and Fig to have done excellent work for us. They were very conscientious and stayed focused on our replacement HVAC installation. However, they both look a little. Please treat them to a BIG lunch!
Austin was awesome. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing checked everything on and made us feel that everything was secure and the way it should have been repaired everything perfectly we were just very pleased
I needed help fast after 4 days weigh out power in half my house. They arrived the day I called. When it happened again they were here in in two hours! Found the problem and fixed it. Wonderful service!

The guys that came to install our AC system were very professional and comfortable to talk to. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what to expect. It was a great experience overall. We did not expect the install 24 hours after our consultation but greatly appreciate it. Thank you to Nathan and Edward you were both awesome and made it a great success for us to be comfortable this summer.
