This is an awesome HVAC company. From the people that answer the phone to the service techs that come to the house. My system broke last night and they were here first thing this morning. I have a 16 year old system and I'm thankful that they keep getting me up and going and they always do it fast and at a fair price I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your A/C - Heating repair ! My family enjoys working with James Heating and A/C. We have known them for over a decade. Their products are the highest quality and their service is fast, efficient and done right the first time. I had them install units in our old home. It was a huge challenge and required expertise and creativity. Not only did a 150 year old house get to experience climate control for the first time, but the price was affordable, the warranty for 10 years, and the routine service timely. We have used this company for 2 years and have had nothing but excellent response time and service! They found and fixed the problems with our floor furnace quickly and professionally! We could not ask for better techs than Sam and his crew!
The service technician was professional at repairs made to the copper tubing. Roofing Company had driven a nail into tubing . Sam was able to save most of the freon and capture in the unit. Very fortunate to have a knowledgeable technician with your company. Thanks Kent

***Final Update; Sam and Austin came out and replaced our indoor unit. The roaring sound is gone and the unit keeps the indoor temperature to the setting. **Update, David has come out and agrees that the motor is failing. A new motor is under parts only warranty. Will update again when/if the motor is installed.** James Htg and A/C installed a mini-split by Lennox in our tiny house. The unit has NEVER worked properly and James refuses to honor the warranty and replace it. We have had them out on several occasions and they don’t understand how the unit works. They are installation only on mini-splits. Every time they come out they have a different excuse for why our unit makes an horrendous noise continuously. After having them do service calls on our unit for 3 years now they won’t even return our phone calls. If someone says they are going to use James Htg & A/C for your installation, do yourself a favor and request a different company.
Highly recommend them! My A/C was out and I called and they came the same day to figure out what was wrong with it and also fixed it that day! I was so very appreciative of the work they done. Very nice crew as well.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with James Heating & A/C, Inc. David was the technician sent out to our house and he was on time, efficient, kind,knowledgeable. We called because our HVAC was not working at all and they got right out to us less then 24hrs. Wife said the woman she spoke with on the phone was also very helpful. Want to say thank you to the whole James Heating family and will be using/recommending their services in the future.

The guys from James Heating showed up on time and they removed their shoes before entering my house. They worked together and did a great job. I got three bids and they gave me the best price. They are a Lennox dealer and installed my my previous Lennox furnace and AC unit and it lasted 24 years. I am completely satisfied their work and professional employees.
Maryanne answered the phone. Very professional and courteous. She understood my problem and dispatch a capable repairman immediately. David, the repairman was respectful of my property and wasted no time getting busy. He asked the right questions and figured out what was wrong. My problem was fixed quickly using parts he had in the van. I rcvd a proper invoice and receipt on the spot. I am pleased to recommend this company to anyone who needs home heat repair. Mr. James was able to come look at my HVAC system and diagnose the problem efficiently and effectively. He then was able to correct it. When i made the request to have the motor blower cleaned he did so as well even though that task involved rewiring the motor afterwards. Overall i was pleased with his service and fair pricing. Would recommend and use again if need be. Thank you.
