Brandon is fair and professional. Every time that we have needed any repairs he has been over as soon as possible and has explained to us what the issue is and what he has done to repair it. Highly recommend this business.
After going through a 14 month home remodel then finding that both of our A/C units were dead, we called The Heating and Cooling Shoppe for a quote. They are professional, reliable, honest, very friendly and eager to help! I recommend calling them 1st!
Brandon and the guys installed a Gree inverter system for us a few months ago. Very professional work and great guys to deal with. We have enjoyed the system. We had a problem with our heat today and they came out quickly and diligently worked to diagnose the problem. The problem was not the installed equipment itself, but they still corrected the electrical issue and got our heat back up and running. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

My heat went out unexpectedly on a very cold morning. They were able to work me in the same day (actually within a few hours) and fixed my issue. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work done. Mr. Biles was very honest with me about my furnace and it's age. I plan on using them when I replace it eventually.
THE TECH WORKED AN ENTIRE DAY ON MY 21 YEAR OLD AIR CONDITIONER. I HAD NOT HAD ANY AIR COOLING FOR 2 WEEKS. HE HAD TO REPLACE SEVERAL PARTS BURNED BY A PREVIOUS TECH FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. A GEM IN THE WORLD OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING. A REALLY GREAT COMPANY TO USE.
