Quality Comfort Services was very pleasant to work with. They were able to fix my AC within hours of my call for service. The tech took the time to thoroughly inspect the whole system and answer my questions. The only issue is the price - I was in a bit of spot considering the heat, so I didn’t question the quote on the part and install. 1 dual run capacitor installed = $278.78…imagine my surprise when I researched this part after the work was completed and found it to run about $20 retail. The most expensive one I could find was $80, so even with an install fee for about 20mins of work and a reasonable markup on the part Quality Comfort WAY overcharged. Live and learn I guess; for the next service I’ll try another provider.

I've been using quality comfort for 3 years now and am extremely satisfied with their maintenance program which includes 2 check ups and maintenance a year, no charge for a problem or question at any time, including holidays and weekends and a very generous discount on any needed accessories. Everyone is knowledgeable, courteous and responds immediately.
I've been impressed with Quality Comfort from the start. They've replaced a few HVAC for me both residential and commercial. They are Honest, Responsive, On time, and they are reasonably priced. If you are looking for a great HVAC company give them a call. You'll be happy you did.

The guys at Quality Comfort did a wonderful job installing A/C and furnace for our condo . John came out and looked and what we needed and presented us with a quote the same day and the install techs were scheduled to come out at our convenience. The price and workmanship were Top Notch ! They will be doing all my work going forward.
The technicians that service my HVAC Equipment do an excellent job. They are professional and responsive to any of mg questions and helpful with recommendations for me to keep Equipment running at top performance.

I have been using quality comfort services since 2009. This company installed my heating and air conditioning system. I have also had the yearly preventative maintenance contract with them since 2010. This company has done a great job maintaining and sometimes fixing my system. I find them very quick to respond to service calls and very diligent in the needed work. Hi.
I appreciated the very thorough explanation of service to expect, options for 1 time service or contract with no pressure to choose contract. Ease of making appointment. I was notified when tech was on the way. Tech was very polite.

Been happy with the services overall. Over-charged for a new thermostat one time, but I shoulda figured that given I was buying it from them. Lesson learned. Otherwise been good, timely, professional services.
