We had our Heat and Air done by these guys. And we got a new gas hot water heater. Each time the crew was professional and quick. Definitely recommend using this company. We had a little trouble with our AC unit and Brian came out and quickly and professionally found the issue. Then Dasean came out and fixed it within less than 30 mins.. He was super friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this company a million times.
Bryan, from The Plumbing and Air Service Company, was amazing. He came quickly, did an exceptional job, and was very personable. He solved my problem quickly and got my system up and running in no time. They are my "go to" company from now on.
I think DeSean did a good job, he worked on the unit a long time, found the pro lem and did what he could fix. We have you wait for a part to be ordered. He was polite and professional. It can't be easy in this hot weather. Thanks. Desean.
Brandon and Austin were both very professional and informative!! First, Austin assessed the system and explained our options then let me make a decision as to what I wanted to do with no pressure. I appreciate their patience and professionalism. I totally recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.
I will review this like I do everything else, the good and the bad. I have been with this company as a customer for almost two years at this time. So I can say the good and bad for my experiences. The bad: They charge to much most of the time. The good: The service reps are kind, friendly, and most of them are very knowledgeable. Very professional and let you know what's needed and what's going to happen. Most of the time they are very responsive. Only during certain times of the year do they take a little longer to get to you and that is only because of the amount of calls. Now if you responded with, "well hire more people" then you didn't pay attention to what I said at the start of the good section. It takes time to find good people. They make sure that they stay clean and keep their area clean. If they make a mess they fix it. There are two gentlemen and one lady that I would like to specifically point out: Blake, Cody, Chrissy. You are awesome and thank you. Now for me the prices are too high but I'm willing to pay it because of the service I get. Some people aren't going to agree but we all have to choose what we want to live with. If you have any questions or comments let me know.
Brian Weaver was a very helpful technician which was able to fix my AC stage issues I was having and guided me in the direction of each fix. I would highly recommend Brian Weaver in general or if you have persistent AC issues.

I called this company for the first time after five, when I found out my grandma's A/C went out. There technician came out one hour after I made the call. Got her A/C back up and running. He was professional, nice, and explained everything. We will use this company again, but ask for Cody.
We have had a couple items done a Well system and a drainage system. Joshua is wonderful to work with. He does a great professional job and is extremely kind. It is nice to work with an individual and company were things are explained thoroughly and not rushed through. We had a couple small issues and they were addressed and are being resolved immediately.

The plumbing and air service got right on it when our air went down. They sent Brian out to work on our unit he done a fine job, He found the problem and got us up and going thank you very much Brian!

Bryan weaver is one of the greatest workers in the history of housing work I have ever seen he works for this company and if he is any representation on how the rest of the company is this might be the best company for household maintenance and repairs to ever exist. Fast, Kind, efficient, reliable and easy to understand. (We had AC work done)
Our AC unit was only 2 weeks old and the coils started to ice over, was disappointed. Bryan came out, diagnosed the problem, the wrong thermostat was initially installed 😡. Bryan replaced it and now it seems to be working fine. Wish it would have been right the first time but Bryan gets 5 stars.
Timmy was on time, very respectful and honest. He provided all options to me, and did a very clean and thorough repair to my toilet.
Damian and Bradley were professional and courteous and took their time to ensure we were knowledgeable and understood what we needed to make an informed decision on the best steps to take … it was their great service that made our decision to subscribe to a membership a no brainer…
Service was performed within a reasonable time frame. Communication was good. Service could not be personally observed, so work will have to be trusted.
Brian was excellent, Our A/C wasn’t working I saw some of the other team members doing an install 5 doors down on Patsy and took the chance to ask. Adam was the young man who responded and said if you call the office we can probably get you in. I appreciate him taking the time and trying to help me. This was 4:30 pm today. I was shocked they said they would have someone out today. They would also call 30 mins beforehand. I was impressed! Brian came about 6 pm - we got the call saying he was on the way. Very courteous and knowledgeable. It was the capacitor like I thought and fixed quickly. We signed up for their 3 year maintenance plan and WOW only 300.00 plus tax. Great deal Fantastic Service!
We needed a garbage disposal replaced after 21 years of use. I realized I was probably in over my head once I brought home a replacement, so I called The Plumbing & Air Service Co. and had Caleb come out to provide a professional installation.
Our HVAC system was installed on June 24th, however the cooling system kept switching off. We called the technicians and they came out immediately to fix the problem. The system would start up with cooling air, but after awhile, it would stop. We spent a very warm weekend in our home. When I called again on Monday, two more ( male) technicians came and they got the cool air started again. However, it once again went to warm air. When I called the office the final time, they told me they would send their best technician. When I saw Kiandra, I told her " they finally sent a woman to do a man's job," and we both broke out in laughter. Well she found the problem and fixed it within ten minutes. We have been enjoying crisp, clean and cool air conditioning in the comfort of our home. I am a 75 year old Senior, and all I can say is " go girl with your bad self!"
