The heat pump install, was quick and efficient. Caleb and his team, Chris and Corey, arrived on time completed the install and cleaned the areas where they worked. Great Job guys.

We had an amazing experience with the staff, Anthony and Cole are so polite and patient and really went above and beyond helping us understand what we needed and helped recommend their services based on my income. Another company installed a new HVAC. Ongoing problems with the new unit ensued for 5 months! Company 1 got frustrated after multiple visits because they couldn't fix it. They decided the solution was to ghost us. Chris came from Dinomite. He rewired the thermostat under the house and just to make sure, also at the wall connection (thermostat). In less than 2 hours he restored reliable service. Apparently there were shorts in the wiring either from faulty installation or otherwise not detected Company 1.

Received notification and picture of Technician coming out. He was on time and completed the service. He was able to immediately recognize the problem and waisted no time fixing it. He was very professional and friendly. I give him 5 + stars.

Rarely do I write a review, but this company deserves a raving review. From the initial phone call, to the final installment the guys at Dinomite were Dynamite! I cannot rave enough about the level of professional service we received. They are stellar and accommodating. When I didn’t understand they made sure I did, when I requested possibly the unrealistic, they made it a reality. My new heating/cooling system is fantastic and I am so appreciative of their timeliness and responsiveness. If you are in need of HVAC services, look no further, this is the company you should trust and depend on!
The install team was extremely thoughtful and gave great suggestions. Very easy to work with. Owners are willing to work with you based on needs. Great value and great service-Would absolutely recommend.

Technician Noe did our first maintenance since we switched to Dinomite Heating and Cooling. He was courteous and competent. I appreciated his clear explanations of what he was doing and of additional services that I might be interested in. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just information I could use to do my own research and determine if I needed anything extra. After getting a price, I decided to have him clean my furnace blower fan, as it was caked with residue and this hadn't been done since the furnace was installed in 2007. (Before giving Noe the go-ahead, I watched some Youtube videos about when cleaning was needed and how to do it yourself. The procedure was not something I wanted to risk doing myself.) Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'd be happy to have Noe do my service in the future.
This is the most professional, honest and reliable HVAC company in the Triad area. I manage over 516 properties in the Triad and this is my number 1 HVAC company. I wouldn’t use anybody else. Highly recommend!

Chris and Corey did a wonderful job coming out to evaluate what all we needed to be done. They were both very professional and thoroughly explained what we needed. Noe and Chris Del Real also did a wonderful job with the installation process. They were on time and helped explain our new thermostat and how to use it! A++
The guy that came out was very nice and on time. He did have to go back to shop to get a part but it wasn’t long at all very good experience two thumbs up
