Within an hour of requesting service I was contacted. The salesman was very professional and detailed as to the process and steps they take. After setting up the service I received a text detailing what we discussed. Prior to arrival I received a text notifying me the technician was on the way and what they looked like. When the technician arrived the previous conversation was discussed. They informed me of the status, details and price Prior to installation and was done within 2 hours. Heating problems. Caleb came first thing in the morning found problem went and got parts and repaired immediately. He stayed and made sure everything was working properly. Great company to do business with.
Prompt, honest, professional service, friendly staff, expert installation, flexible payment options. Temperature Pro was highly recommended and referred to me by a family member. They came out quickly to give us an estimate, gave us options on which units would best fit our home, and were incredibly flexible and accommodating. I spoke with Cole on the phone and by email, he was pleasant and helpful. He even showed up during the installation. Anthony and Caleb did an amazing job with the install as well as explaining everything they were doing.

When all the larger companies were telling us we needed to purchase a whole new unit, and left us with a $10,000 bill that we could not afford, these guys were there to help us! They came in and repaired our unit for a small fraction of the original estimates! They were professional and honest. After an assessment it was determined that my thermostats and sensors may need to be replaced to increase a more calibrated distribution of air flow. I chose not to have the units replaced today as the price was astronomical 3 days before Christmas.
Caleb was great. He was on time, patient, listened to my issues with the HVAC. After checking out the system, he figured out the thermostat was bad. He was very knowledgeable about my system and gave me great advice for maintaining it. I will definitely use again.
Called Temperature Pro on Sunday morning as the thermostat broke over Saturday night. I tried replacing it myself, but the old wiring was too odd for my limited experience. Anthony (the technician) was at my home within 1 hour and replaced the thermostat. Service is excellent and quick! You do pay a $120 fee for work on the weekend (which I was told of before they came out), but service quality and response time is great.

Service guy was Caleb. Friendly guy. Wasn't phased my my howling Bluetick hounds. Explained things and showed me some stuff that I didn't know. Had some recommendations for me to help prevent further problems. Overall great service.

Cole and Caleb were awesome! Immediately responded to my request and were able to schedule service the very next day. Work was done quickly and of the highest quality. Explained everything that was wrong and did a maintenance on all systems. They earned a customer for life. Would strongly recommend!!
