Chris Craig did excellent work! He had good suggestions for my older home, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. He gave good attention to detail to ensure the job was done properly. I also appreciate the company's text ahead of his arrival including a picture.

Very pleased with Sutton Bros and their Service Tech Randy D. They were able to fit me in their schedule before a Holiday and arrived a few minutes before the appointed time. A/C is working perfectly again. Couldn't have asked for better service.
The technician came early. And begin working rite away. It didn't take long for him to check the system and give us a diagnosis. I made an appointment Saturday online for a certain time frame on Monday and choose that time frame because I go to work at 3:30. Monday morning I get a text informing me that my appointment is scheduled for 630 Monday evening. After calling the office they tell me that when you book an online appointment the time frame isn't accurate. Really??? Then why book an appointment online?

Ian Brown gave me a great estimate. He went over three or four options in order to fit my budget. The service men were pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and informed me of issues when necessary. The owners stopped by to check on the project and introduce themselves. I am very happy! Thank you!
Our Air conditioning was failing and we put in a non emergency call and less than 24 hrs later the problem was diagnosed and repaired. The technician let me know what time he would arrive and he was here right on time.
Very satisfied with the service we received today. Willing to answer questions, professional and knowledgeable, offered us multiple options, and wasn't pushy on us to purchase a whole new unit, even after we showed some interest. Sutton Brothers was fantastic! I've had the system installed for about a month now. Guy was my sales associate and he was thoughtful, educational, a good listener. Out of three quotes, it was sort of a no Brainer to go with Sutton. I found Sutton through Dukes rebate program. My goal was to convert by 23 year old gas furnace and AC compressor into fully electric heat pump for both cooling and heating. Not only was their price competitive, but Guy was the only person among all the quotes who i felt went out of his way to make sure I understood what I needed to do to qualify for the $2000 federal tax credit and the $450 rebate ($400 for the heat pump and $50 for the smart thermostat.). While the other company reps were kind, I didn't think they really were invested in making sure I got the product I wanted. Guy took me through all my alternatives (gas furnace, heat pump with electric coil back up, and electric with gas back up) and different types of heat pumps. Discussing together and after doing some independent reading, we settled on a mid priced two stage heat pump with electric coil back up. This will allow me to one day power my home via all solar. They also offered a financing partner that gave me 20 months of no payments and no interest, allowing me to stash the money I saved for the home improvement to accrue in a 4% Ally savings account. So far the system has worked really well, we've had some hot days recently. I love the smart ecobee thermostat as well! Lastly, Guy suspected I may have to take my attic ladder stairs down to fit the air handler. That would have cost me about $300 extra from a separator contractor to put them back up. However, the installer, Alex and Ricardo, were pros and reassembled the unit in my attic instead of removing my stairs. Saving me even more money! It took them a 9 to 5 work day to do the installation. Scheduling it was easy. Alex and Ricardo were careful when handling equipment in our home. They were even kind enough to answe

Adam came out today to take a look at our AC which wasn’t cooling. He was very upfront and honest with his impressions of the issue, and he was great with answering all of our questions. Ultimately, it was decided that a complete hvac replacement was going to be the best route. Guy Thacker came out to give us a quote, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was knowledgeable, easy going and quick to offer honest guidance without trying to upsell us on anything. As expensive as replacement is, we had a lot of confidence saying yes and moving forward based off of our interactions with both of these gentleman
