Told us there was an $89 dispatch fee plus parts if we did the repair. Never mentioned the additional $250 diagnostic fee until they were onsite and we already owed the $89. Would never call them again.
We used Edwards in the past and they were super friendly and didn’t over-charge. However, the new company is not like Edwards. The new company said over the phone that the service fee would be around $79 to come out here to check our HVAC unit. When they arrived, before ever leaving the driveway, they said it would be $200 to “diagnose” the problem. They never even looked at the unit and they didn’t even care to look at it without the $200. I said thanks but no thanks, then they said I owed them not $79, but $90. They sat in my driveway for 15-30 minutes calling their office after I expressed my frustrations. Finally, I gave them a check for $90 just so they would leave my driveway. We have lived in 3 states, and this was the first time anyone has tried to charge $200 as soon as they exit their vehicle. Save your money and call a company that won’t take advantage of you.
Do not use this company!!! They will cheat you, I had a leak under my sink , they were going to charge me almost 800 dollars to fix it, another company fixed it for 72 dollars!! They come in and ask to see your water heater, and other bathrooms, I said I just want my leak fixed, I would not ever use this company again!!!
Never recommend the service. I had an AC problem due to leakage last year and spent almost 1000 on the repair. By the way, it is still under warranty. They said they fixed it and the labor cost would be free if the problem recurs within a year. They did NOT fix the problem at all. The problem recurs this year, they still charge for labor. And it is overpriced. You can find a better place at a lower cost.
From my first call to Edwards Heating and Air, everyone was very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. My igniter switch went out on my gas furnace, John was professional and efficient with replacing it on the spot. Courtney was aure to get me on the schedule right away, and Faith called to let me know that John was on his way in advance. Fast, friendly, efficient service. I've used Edwards in the past, they also installed a brand new Rheem AC unitband duct work for me as well in 2017 and was pleased with their service back then as well. These are my "go to" HVAC experts! Thanks everyone for fast, friendly service!
Our oil furnace went out last year and we hired Edwards to install a heat pump. We've been on a service contract with them. We did have a few hiccups in the beginning in that the heat pump is in the crawl space under our house and there is moisture, and we've never owned a heat pump before. Edwards has been amazing. They didn't give up on us. Working with them and following their advice on things we needed to do helped make sure the heat pump runs right. Whenever we've had an issue, they have always promptly responded. They have just been amazing. It's been a year now and we are very happy customers. We highly recommend using Edwards for your heating and air.

If you need the job done right, call Edwards. We have used this company in two different homes and they always do an excellent job. We bought a house and moved in last November. We started experiencing issues with the HVAC in January and had extremely high power bills. The techs from Edwards diagnosed our issue accurately, and expediently replaced the leaking evaporator coil within two days. They didn’t try to sell us on replacing our aging R-22 system and did everything they could to keep us running for the foreseeable future until we can afford to replace. They also diagnosed the thermostat wiring and discovered a short that was causing the backup electric heat to turn on all the time, which was the cause of our high power bill. Lastly, they took the time to inspect our ductwork, seal a leak, and adjust our dampers to even out the airflow through the house. The big companies with all the advertising may get it done, but I always prefer the local small business that employs honest and knowledgeable technicians and prices their work fairly. I highly recommend Edwards!

I was referred to Edward by my home warranty company. I put in a claim last night and by 11am there was a technician at my home. Adam the technician was nice and informative. He was covid compliant he went over and beyond to make sure he got the part to fix my unit. I was very pleased with his work. I will make sure I request Edwards the next time I need service.

Adam did a great job quickly repairing our heating system. He was very professional, respectful with Covid precautions, and just provided great all around service.
Kyle came out to do a repair on our heat furnace that was not working after the summer and warm fall temperatures. He did a marvelous job quickly diagnosing what was causing the computer not to turn the gas burners on and engage the blowers. He proactively worked on the part and communicated very effectively with me in terms I could understand what the problem was. As a courtesy and sign of his professional dedication to excellence, he looked around to ensure there were not other issues needing attention while he was in the crawlspace. He had an associate, Jeremy, with him who he was training. Jeremy was also very polite and personable, whom Kyle asked to go get some tape out of their work van and he sealed back up some piping that was coming apart due to moisture and age. Didn't take but a couple of extra minutes, but was a touch of class and attention to detail that I really appreciated. It may not have been a huge repair they could make a lot of money on this time, but they were more interested in building a long-term relationship built on trust and ensuring that the entire system was working efficiently before they left. I would highly recommend Kyle and the Edwards Company he represented so well and who's owner appears to have a business philosophy based on being genuine with customers and hiring technicians who have integrity.
When you call and ask for service make sure that you ask if they will charge you for an estimate, everyone else around does it by free but they charge $96 just for look at it Regardless if they do the service or not I had them before using the home warranty not problem but without insurance it is very expensive I think

Kept me on the phone for 20 minutes getting info and trying to find my address on their outdated system and then when it was finally all in told me it would be 6 days before they could come. Hopefully the techs are better than the scheduler, but I won’t be finding that out.
My home warranty (2-10) put me in touch with Edwards Heating and Air after my thermostat stopped working. They showed up the next day while I was at work and had the unit up and running by the time I was home. Other than the deductible, the warranty covered the other expenses. I would definitely use this company again.
They are an awesome company. Their services was done in a timely fashion. Very nice and polite people. I am happy with my services and with them. I do recommend them for your heating and air services. They will be doing the maintenance on my AC in the spring.
