Not cheap to get an AC service these days, but very happy with the two techs. that serviced our account. Most importantly, the AC is working.

Came on a Sat to fix my home ac. Only problem is I have not received a detailed invoice for the repairs.
Very unprofessional for one and for two changed the service price from $95 to $250 just to come out and check my air conditioner out. We was 100% going to use this company because one of my good friends told me about them and they did me like this. No thank you I'll pass.
Seemed to know what he was doing. Explained everything to us . Very friendly. I didn’t rate value because I’m still “sticker shocked “.
Jonathan was pleasant and professional and answered all my questions. I also discovered that he did a terrific job of repairing the access of the air into my home, as critters had destroyed some of it.

Technician showed up during my scheduled window and greeted me very professionally. After introductions I showed him to my units and he got right to work with inspections. After he completed his inspections he pointed out items that he noticed that could potentially cause issues in the future so that he could mark them on his report and note these items to be checked again during future inspections.
This company is always professional and easy to deal with. They may be a little more expensive than some, but it is worth it. Deshaun had us up and going it about 30 minutes.
Have used this company three times now and am happy with the service and work. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. The dispatcher was very pleasant to work with also.

Desaun was very polite and courteous. He was professional and answer questions as to how I can best maintain my system in between the service times. He has a very pleasant attitude with customers. I am a senior citizen and he makes me feel like he doesn't mind taking time with me.

Ezra did a good job of locating the problem and explaining why I was having issues. Just waiting on parts. Luckily the next few days are calling for it to be cooler.
