Shawn conducted a very thorough review of the unit that was having issues. He leveraged his resources to ensure the steps he was taking were the correct ones and that he didn't over-look anything.

Kenny was professional and did a good job. The call cost more than I expected due to high cost charged for refrigerant.

AWESOME, Jason was great, very knowledgeable of his job. I had someone working on my air for 3 days!!! Jason had my air fixed in 25 minutes. Tears came to my eyes n I just hugged him. He answered any questions I had and saved me money. I am so pleased with the service he provided and I will continue to use G&S from now on. 😀 Thank you
The technician who came out was very nice and very quick he swapped out the capacitor on our unit probably in less than 15 minutes and we are happily on our way to a nice cool house again 🤞 hopefully before bed time. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Best people to call. Been out to my house 3 times in 6yrs. No up sale, never late and knows the job to the T. Perfect and every sense of the word. Wish more company's can be this efficient. Train them right, pay them right, treat them right and the customer feels the outcome.
I had an incredible experience with Jacob when he came to check out what I thought was an issue with my system. He was not rushed, he listened to what I had to say, very thorough checking out my system and even offering a maintenance plan which I didn't even know their company had that will help me so very much. I highly recommend this business and also Jacob. I will request him when I call for help again and hope he is the one that will always come.
Cleaned the system right up and got rid of the pesky ants that stopped the unit. Thanks a bunch

Cameron did a great job. He Explained what was broken and what might need replacment soon. My highest rating is 4 stars and he earned that. No one gets 5 stars. No one is perfect. I always groan at the bill, but realize that I can’t possibly fix my HVAC system…so i pay you guys. Good job. I’m happy.
