Fantastic service! Prompt, professional and honest. Fixed me up on one of the hottest days of the year when other service I had used before put me on a “waiting list” without even a time frame estimate. Will definitely call Jeff next time I have an issue.
This company is outstanding at what they do. Their technicians are hard working honest people who will get the job done. I like how they explain things and show what the problem is. You cant beat a honest mans work, and thats exactly what BAUER is. Thanks Jeff!!

Highly Recommended! With this current heat wave we're experiencing our air went out ... tried calling 4 Concord NC and Kannapolis NC HVAC companies and only one answered their phone ... Jeff from Bauer Heating & Cooling from Kannapolis. We decided on a scheduled time for him to come out for a HVAC service call. I'm an early riser and Jeff agreed to come early. Upon arrival I described the problem, he checked out some electrical connections and within 30 minutes had the problem pinpointed and repaired. Jeff also found some other problems with the system, fixed those also. I highly recommend Jeff and his company, Bauer Heating & Cooling, as the go to HVAC company for Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, China Grove and the Mooresville NC area. You won't be disappointed ...
We have been working with Mr. Bauer for several years. His service is always prompt and reasonable. He never tries to "over service" our equipment but has found several problems that have saved us money with our electric and heating bills. I highly recommend this company.
Couldn't be more satisfied! They were quick to respond to my call and fix my problem while they were here! Very professional and didn't feel like they were trying to charge me extra. Good clean work. Jeff, the owner, seems like he really knows what he's talking about and after shopping around prices, he's the most reasonable I've found. Will absolutely use again!
I got very good service. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need he fixed the problem and the price was good to boot. I will definitely be calling back for any HVAC needs.
