Kevin and his associate were gems and a great asset for the company. Noticed in my attic space that my new roofers failed to reattached a gas pipe so if it was Winter carbon monoxide would have seeped all the attic until it made its way downstairs and fatally administered last rights

Warren Hay (Austin O.) consistently performs standard residential maintenance and other troubleshoot services professionally & thoroughly without exception. We continue to be so pleased with the level of service provided by Austin O and other WH maint techs who have serviced our 515 N Churton, Hillsborough HVAC equipment over the years. All WH persons are routinely capable I attribute to Ed G’s and Larry & Jennifer Warren’s work ethic and culture set they set everyday inside the WH Company.. We strongly recommend the Warren Hay HVAC Company to all persons; and are grateful and appreciative to have the continuing opportunity to work with persons scheduled to support us. Harry Yesterday, Richard supported other equipment for us in Raleigh, and similar to Austin was exceedingly professional and handled our requests with speed, efficiency and professionally. What a wonderful experience with Warren-Hay. We have worked for years to find a solution that keeps the second floor of our house as cool as the first. Great evaluation visit, excellent install, good communication throughout the process— 5 star experience for sure!!

The team responded quickly and fixed our AC unit after the first company told us our unit was bad and we would have to replace the whole system.

Warren Hay installed my HVAC and I have an annual service contract. The folks are always pleasant and on time. Kevin came today and rehung/repaired two downed ducts, including one I had not noticed. Very grateful and happy to recommend their team.

Warren-Hay replaced our HVAC system recently. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and we know that they do good work because the system they replaced had been installed by Warren-Hay back in 1999. That makes us a two-time satisfied customer!

Thermostat started thinking for itself. Called Warren Hay in the morning they had a tech there that afternoon. Terrific professional - quick, funny, expert. Had us back up in no time. Great team - reliable, responsive, friendly.
They are a great service provider for our heat and air systems. They respond quickly if you have a problem!! They also have a great annual service package that keeps your systems maintained at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Heather
Technician was very polite and respectful. He explained everything he was going to do, gave me a helpful tip and when he was finished, he summarized his visit. He also made sure that I didn't have any questions.
