We always use Earnhardt Heat & Air for all of our heating and cooling needs. They are great to work with, very professional, always there to help with whatever we need. We've used them for years and would recommend them for any of your heat and air needs.
Tech/s were proficient in troubleshooting. Ordered parts, returned in a reasonable time, repaired system, and got a very old system up and running! They will be called when it’s time to replace!
Your employee was very nice courteous kind and understanding and in this day and age that can be a rarity but apparently not for your company cuz all I see in your company is a company of professionals thanks for helping me out because I really needed it .

Staff was great on phone and in person. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Got the job done fast. Will definitly use them again!
Came out said they were going to check up and never did I called said that was was not professional and that's scary makes people look elsewhere and the lady said that's fine go do that they will never do nothing on my rentals again
They did their job and since it went through a 3rd party haven't heard anything back.
Great company! Brandon and Harold came right out when our AC broke. Let us borrow a window unit until our new one came in. And the installers even worked in the pouring rain!
If your looking for a Professional and reliable HVAC company Earnhardt Heating and Cooling is the one. Their Company is very knowledgeable, Team oriented and very Friendly. I needed a completely new HVAC System and duct work and they had it all installed in no time. They also recommended an Electrician/Generac sales and helped with the installation. I love my new System and I am completely satisfied with the Job Earnhardt did for me . Thanks to you all for doing such a Fabulous Job😊
They were great. They installed a heat pump. They were very professional and very particular with their work. They said if we ever had any questions to call them. Financing was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

On time and quality repair
Mom is 92 and lives alone. Sunday, Jan 16 (ice storm) she woke up at 6:30. Had power, but no heat. She called Earnhardt and they arrived at 8:00 and got her heat! Thank you for keeping my Mom warm and cool.
I feel lucky that Earnhardt was recommended to me about 12 years ago. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful.and their service is exceptional. Josh has serviced my unit for the past 12 years and I trust his work completely. He is so polite, easy to talk to, and totally dependable. I highly recommend this company.
This is the second time I have used Earnhardt. The first last year for a quick repair to AC. This time furnace failed and after 19 years it was time to replace both. Each member of the team has been professional, nice, explanatory, always on time. They work hard and efficiently. Pricing was much better than I anticipated. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Would highly recommend.
These men are very professional and they are completely honest. They troubleshooted the problem instead of charging you money for parts that do not need replacement. The problem here was a bad thermostat which they replaced and the cost was way less than I expected since they took their time and checked out the gas furnace and found the problem. I am so grateful to have found this hvac company.
Very well could be the only honest heating and air company in the area. Always great service without trying to sell you something you don’t need.
