Was here asap . Very happy with the service we received will use again.
My neighbor recommended Bain Heat Air because I wanted a ‘second opinion’. I had been using Eanes Air of Greensboro for over the past ten years. Bain sent me a technician Bob. Bob fixed my issue for approx $250 that Eanes wanted to charge me over $2,000 in repairs. Bob at Bain is very honest, prompt and trustworthy. I highly recommend Bain as the premier heat& air repair company in the Triad. I will always call them first for my heat/air needs. Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable with over 20 years experience and ,as far as I am concerned, I would not ever want anyone but him working on my system. Thank you Bob and thank you Bain for superior service. Review made in December 2020.
They are pretty good with appointments and try to get you in as fast as they could. Also, they come and do their job and move quick to not waste your time.
