He did a great job!
I had another company come look at my AC today. They noticed that the evaporator coil was rusted and the unit was low on Freon. I’m not sure why the Arnold Jones technician didn’t look at the air handler evaporator coil. He only focused on the outside unit. The tech today took all the panels off of the air handler and found a Freon leak and a rusty coil. I would like to be reimbursed for the service fee that I paid to Arnold Jones. I feel as if your tech did not check everything and took my money. He told me nothing was wrong and basically what I was noticing was not happening. I should have never let him go without him checking the entire system. I had to pay another company a service call fee today to find the problem that you did not look for nor find. I wouldn’t use this company!

Everything was good until scheduling the inspection. I was told someone had to be available at the house for an eight hour day because they didn’t know when the inspector would get to the house. I told them no one is that important to wait eight hours for an inspection, my time valuable too. The inspection was rescheduled and was completed within the first two hours of the scheduled date. Imagine that.
Jay our service provider from Arnold Jones has consistently provided great service and continues to look out for our system maintenace. We trust him.

I scheduled my AC check with Arnold Jones Services and could not have been more pleased. The technician , Jarod Fogleman ,arrived on time and he exceeded all expectations! Jarod took the time to explain and answer my questions, as well as being courteous and knowledgeable. He represented the company in a very professional manner and I was extremely pleased. I used this company several years ago, and decided to make a change and go back to them. I am so glad I did and will continue to schedule my maintenance and any problems that may arise with my system in the future with Arnold Jones Services.
I have used Arnold Jones Services for several big residential jobs and am very happy with their work. They are honest, reliable, and always exceed my expectations for service and value. I will always call them when I need any kind of HVAC work. Recommend highly!

Jarod came out to my home and performed an inspection of my unit and discovered corrosion in my evaporator coils. He did a professional job in showing me my options.
Grayson was efficient and polite. When it was obvious that my A/C had died, he worked up a quote for me right away.
