I’ve had no air since the 6th. Made appointment with another company … it was a no show… called Blaze… boom they were here Sunday, 7:45 am… Ridge was professional and knowledgeable . Over the top impressed!!!

They came out for an emergency for my home and worked after hours to help get our meter, breaker box installed. All before the Fourth of July holiday. They were the blessing for my family to help us out. And I greatly appreciate all of the hard work that they did. I know who we will be using when we need for any electrical issues. Both guys were very professional and knew everything needed for the install. Thank you guys so much!!!

I had to edit my previous review from 4 stars to 3 and the 3 can be credited to their very nice technicians. Blaze technicians are very professional and very nice. However, the prices are way to high. I had an estimate this morning and it's almost $400 to replace the drain in my bathroom vanity. They also just replaced a part on my furnace last month and that cost a lot. I don't think Blaze gets that inflation is high and people just don't have $$$ anymore. And I'm not sure what the $19 a month subscription is getting me. If anyone in corporate at Blaze sees this, you definitely need to adjust prices accordingly.

1) For starters Robert showed up an hour and forty minutes before my appointment time. There was no notice given that I received. 2) I had requested a smaller technician because the attic stairs are very old and fragile. Guess who is NOT small? this company will not listen to you, or they will promise you whatever you ask for but then you will not get it. 3) After diagnosing the problem, he offered to install a small piece of PVC pipe to vent the drain line to relieve the "vapor lock" in the drain. The Cost would have been $313 for fifteen to twenty minutes installation of a one dollar piece of plastic as a vent. He also told me this was my ONLY option. 4) He did not verify freon levels In either the inside or the outside unit. UPDATE: Other company just left. Freon was low. No vent needed. BLAZE will rip you off if they can. New update: bossman just called to accuse me of harassing Robert. Really??

On the morning of the 7/4/23 we had an outage in our breaker box. I called Blaze because they were the 1st to appear on Google, I calling and a very nice lady answered the phone and said an Electrician could come by within a couple hours and to my surprise he arrived an hour after my call. His name was Chris Schaffer, he was courteous and knew what he was doing. He immediately started and repaired my fuse box and had us up and running in less than an hour, also for good measure he checked out our power outlets. We cannot recommend Blaze enough for any of your AC/ Plumbing/Electrical needs.

This is our second time having Matt at our house. He’s not quite family, but the dogs didn’t bark. As it is a national holiday today we are extremely thankful he took the time to come out. He walked us through multiple processes that would eliminate our issue; prices, work time, etc. He 100% guided us in the correct direction and helped us find what WE wanted. As always terrific support from our technician who performed the service. However I do not appreciate learning from the technician that what had been a part of our service, changing out the filters was no longer a part of it. This was a part of our maintenance plan when we signed up which we are billed for monthly. I think you can afford to stock your trucks with a range of filter sizes. We were never notified this was changing. I understand that things change but we had been a part of Air Treatment before Blaze acquired that business and it feels a little like a loss of service level that can happen as businesses get bigger. Again never any issue with our technicians but the smaller customer service level items are what can make the difference for a customer. In addition to the filter change, I had requested quarterly maintenance, electrical and plumbing to be performed during the same window of time which was confirmed. Only to find out on the day of service that plumbing was coming an hour later which I had to cancel because we had planned for an 8 AM. No one ever followed up with us.

This should tell everyone a lot about the services of this company: accountability, professionalism, understanding the clients needs and helping. Always price check with other HVAC companies before signing a work proposal with Blaze Air!! Even though I am have a member of their maintenance program, they have tried to up charge me significantly on quotes for two separate projects. My most recent, an HVAC unit replacement, was quoted almost $6,000 more than a local competitor for a worse unit. My last project involving the replacement of some ducts was similarly over priced. They are trying to rip you off so make sure to get other estimates!
