Same day service, shot me straight about what was going on with my unit and made a quick fix to bridge us until we are ready to install new unit. Great customer experience from start to finish and extremely reasonable pricing compared to the “other” company we spoke with. Thanks again.
My AC went out on Friday night. I called the 24/7 number on Saturday morning and left a message. Daniel, the on call service tech, called me back immediately. He came out and repaired the issue with the AC unit. Daniel was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company from my experience.
The operator I spoke she was very helpful & concerned. Whomever that was driving the Ram pickup truck with their logo on it needs to understand the way he was driving could kill him or someone else. As someone who is a first responder I've seen more wrecks than I care to remember. Reckless driving is the number one way to wreck. Yes everyone speeds from time to time including myself, however going 20 to 30 mph over the posted speed limit isn't the way to drive.

Excellent service! I walked into my home at 6PM and discovered our AC was dead on one of the hottest days of the year. I called B&H’s on call number and left a message. A technician called me back in 2 minutes, asked me a couple questions, and headed to my home. He was on-site in 30 minutes with the failed component replaced an working AC in less than an hour from my call. Great company and great people!

They came out to address the problem rapidly. Everything that needed to be fixed was explained as well. Customer service was excellent as well!
Got an estimate for a new A/C. Cost was almost 2k higher than other co. They tried to put in a much larger ac than we needed. Cost over $100 for the guy to come out. Tell us what was wrong and leave. Was there maybe 15 minutes. Oh well.. Live and learn.
Very professional and good people to work with. Gary was able to fix a problem that eluded two other company's techs for 5 years. Stephen, the service manager, came out recently and fixed my outdoor unit quickly and professionally since his techs were out sick. Quality people all around!

I’m very impressed with the quickness in scheduling, and our pro technician Gary. Our upstairs AC unit was struggling through the warm summer afternoons. Gary was quick to diagnose the problem and provide a detailed and honest explanation of the situation including all options for repair/replacement. You could tell he’s been repairing ACs for quite a long time! And I appreciated his honesty when we were discussing brands of new units. (A big investment!) We will be using B&H again if needed, and will certainly recommend them to all our Emerywood neighbors. Thanks again and God bless!
