Mikes crew was incredible ! They came on time and did the job in about 4 hours . Others wanted more money and said it would be a two day job . The guys putting in my new AC unit were very polite and explained how to work my new thermostat they put in . Overall - I’m so glad I went with Hartz for installing my AC , and will continue to use them for any future issues I may have . What a great and reliable company ! Thanks guys 👍

Our HVAC seemed to be struggling during the really hot days so we called Hartz H&C. They were very fast to respond and stop by the house. The technician, Josh, was extremely transparent with everything he was checking making sure he explained the possible faults. He was able to identify the issue quickly and honestly. Service call cost is reasonable. We would definitely recommend Hartz H&C to anyone.

From the first day of getting my quote to having them replace my furnace & AC I felt like I was in great hands! Honest feedback on conditions, very informative, and patient with my questions. Chris was a lifesaver! We literally called last minute about our upstairs A/C not working (it’s been out for a week!) and have had a couple other technicians from other companies who could not help. I am so so thankful to Hartz and their promptness! They were here within an hour the day after a holiday! He happened to have the part we needed and fixed it so quick- in and out in two hours! I got quoted by Morris Jenkens $24k for the same job these guys did for $10K. This company was highly professional, got the work done in one day, and did my entire system with duct work (1500 sqft)
Just had Mike Hartz out for a diagnosis and quote on making some changes to our HVAC system to better regulate temperature in two rooms over garages. While I don't have a quote in hand (I'm writing this just after he left), I was incredibly impressed by Mike's approach to the problem. He went room-by-room to understand the current layout, matched that layout with what he saw in the ductwork in the attic, referenced what he saw against the original drawn-out HVAC blueprint, and then started formulating a plan. During the entire visit, Mike was receptive to all my questions and comments about the current system, and left me feeling like he's truly trying to find the best solution to our problem. It's been rare to find professionals that want to make sure you understand what you have, where the issues are, and how different approaches to solving that issue have different net effects. I know i'm not technically a customer as of yet, but my initial meeting was so positive and professional that I had to share it. Thank you, Mike! UPDATE: Had Mike and his crew out to do the work of breaking 2 bedrooms off into a separate zone (as they were always under-served in their current zone). The work was completed clean and tidy with everything done as quoted. The two bedrooms are controlled using an Ecobee thermostat in one bedroom with second sensor in the other. Both rooms are significantly more comfortable in both the winter and summer. Highly recommended.
