Relief replaced an old (30 Years) a/c unit just before the 90 degree days. I was amazed that the response was immediate, sales person was on time and the installers were on time. Not normal in todays market. Price was slightly lower than expected. Will use again for any a/c issues.

Relief Heating and Cooling was easily the best customer service I've gotten in the Triad! Matthew came out to diagnose our old heat pump, and had a new system being installed the very next day. Everyone involved in this company absolutely respected our time, communicated clearly, was so nice and professional, knowledgeable, and installed a great product. The tech even wiped his fingerprints off our thermostat before he left! I've recommended them to my friends and neighbors and am always happy to send such a great company (and family!) business.

I would not recommend this company to anyone if you don’t want to spend a lot of money outside of your service contract. I can not recall a single time they have come to my home and not mysteriously found a problem although my system was working fine prior to their arrival. December 2022 my downstairs unit wasn’t heating properly so I contacted Relief because I had a contract with them. Technician came out and after about an hour called me outside to point out what he thought was the issue. Needless to say I was livid when I saw he was working on the wrong unit (which I had to bring to his attention). He replaced a part that wasn’t needed and had the audacity to charge me for it! My upstairs unit was working properly so the part he put in wasn’t needed and I feel as if he fabricated an issue that didn’t exist. By the time he finished working on the correct unit I was provided a bill for $791.80 which did not include the discount I should have been given based on the fact I had a contract with them. Fast forward to April 2023 (only because I have the contract). Technician came out and found an issue which cost me 291.04 that took him about 5 minutes to fix. I have no clue what the issue was this time but once again I did not receive my discount for having a contract with them. Sadly I have 2 contracts with them ( one for an additional property). In a 4 month time frame I have given Relief $1082.84! A week after the last visit I was experiencing issues so I did call another company that came out and pointed out several issues and not believing I just had my units serviced less than a week ago. I will NEVER use Relief again!

It was the day before the Christmas weekend, the low was 5 degrees that night and my heat pump died. I searched Google for a highly rated company that supported our military veterans and found RELIEF HEATING and COOLING, LLC. The tech (Matthew) arrived on time, introduced himself, and proceeded to work very hard to repair my heating system so that I had something to keep my family warm over the holidays. with parts not available for my unit, Matthew used his years of experience to repair my broken parts and got my heat working temporarily to help me get through the holiday crisis without freezing, and it is still working very well a few weeks later! I know I will need a replacement system soon and I will certainly use RELIEF HEATING and COOLING, LLC when I am ready for that step. Thanks to Matthew and the Relief team for saving my family's Christmas!

I had a bird stuck in my vent and the guy didn’t even take off my vent to see if the bird was in there. He diagnosed the situation. THEN he said that he would need to come back to actually fix it. He told me he was going to Home Depot but would come back. Instead he went to another house. He came later I. That day and did NOT do the job he should have. He called himself “cleaning” the dryer vent (of which he just put the white covering cage over my dryer unit but didn’t clean out the birds nest. He said he didn’t see a bird but that he guess the bird got away. But he didn’t bother to remove the fan cover. So for 400 dollars all he did was install the fan cover. That’s IT!!! Well when he left I called another company who came out and found the bird stick in my fan vent. Waste of money. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!
