The guys who replaced our AC/Furnace seemed thorough and I was happy with their service.
I started having cooling issues yesterday and called to make an appointment to have my unit checked. I was expecting a long wait since it is summer, but they were able to send a tech out first thing today. The tech, Tracy, arrived well within the stated timeframe. He was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Triad and Tracy to anyone who has HVAC needs.
Triad came out to repair and clean our ducts. Mice had eaten through the ducts and insulation was blowing out the vents! I have asthma and this caused alot of problems. They were so meticulous in the repair, cleaning and MAKING SURE none of the dust or insulation blew into the house during the process or when cleaning up. He took a separate vacuum and cleaned all around the vents as he went along just so I would not have an asthma attack! He above and beyond and the service was excellent! Highly Recommend!

Brantley cleaned our vents for us. He was very pleasant and let me know what the process entailed before he began. We chose Triad Heating and Cooling because they provided the best value quote (and didn't need to come out to provide the quote so we also saved a service fee). They were very responsive via text and easy to schedule with.
I can honestly say, this company went the extra mile to figure out what was wrong with my heat pump. I would definitely recommend them.
Brantley came out to service our furnace and was very thorough and professional. He took time to explain our unit and setup, and took photos to show how well it was working. We’re very pleased and will be calling them again.

Technician came when scheduled and did complete service maintenance. He also voluntarily hooked a drainage pipe to my dehumidifier for no charge, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!!!

My Husband and I just bought our house in May and the ducts and vents had never been cleaned, they gave us before and after pictures of the work that was done which was amazing and also reassuring that we made the right call because the ducts and vent were awful before, it was so comforting knowing we are now breathing clean air and our daughter will be too when she arrives in a month! This company is awesome. They quoted a reasonable price for a new heatpump. Adam, Mike, Brad, and Scottie were very professional and really did a good job explaining any questions. I recommend these guys.
Timely professional service.
This was our first experience with Triad Heating and Cooling. We signed up for the annual PM program. Our technician was very experienced and helpful. He checked everything completely and repaired a few items that needed attention. We have had PM programs before and the overall value with this company is as good as anything we've had in the past. I/we feel reassured.
