We absolutely love our mini split. Easy to install and does a great job cooling the loft area. Would and will do business with them again. They were so easy to deal with and answered all our questions. Great family business.
So purchasing was not an issue the bigger unit came with a shorter lines than my 22K . Once connected and running the fan inside will not operate on temperature so it's defective .And this is where trouble starts beware no support. I hate to have to give a poor review. The unit cools like great it just runs all time . I had to purchase the longer lines was costly. This company is in Florida and there phone just disconnects. I'm thinking alot of these getting across border on the low low..
