I've got a major water leak under my house and a bathtub leak in my house and your company would not approve of finance agreement for approximately $1,900 to repair it so I still got these problems and I've spent $69 for nothing far as I'm concerned don't understand why y'all would not finance us make payment arrangements your technicians put me on two sites to apply for a loan I got turned down with both of them so that did no good so thanks for nothing I still got a major problem at my house
It’s on the higher end price wise, but you will be completely satisfied with the work and care they take to do a thorough job.Great work!
Kyle was very knowledgeable about the unit. Very Very polite. Answered all of our questions. Explained exactly what was wrong with the unit.
I had a great experience with the Go Green from start to finish. Kyle was extremely professional and kind. He was very thorough and thoughtful with the evaluation and repair of my AC unit. I appreciate his willingness to answer all my questions. If you’re on the fence about who to trust with your repairs I recommend giving them an opportunity to impress you the way they impressed me.

If you are looking for a professional service who stand behind their work, then choose Go Green. We’ve used them twice. Once for plumbing and once for A/C. Both times were exceptionally fantastic and most important easy. You have enough stress with home damage. The last thing you want is the repair person to give you the runaround. No worries with Go Green on that.

Gino showed up this morning to clean my dryer vent. He was extremely thorough and took his time to make sure the job was done right! This is my first experience with Go Green Plumbing and if Gino is an example of all their employees, I will be using them again!
Go Green was quick and responsive when I needed a quote for a new water line. Jon was friendly, engaging and explained things quite well. Jon’s knowledge and experience made me feel confident we were getting an accurate quote for the work we needed to be done.
Go Green was a great experience. From the start by arranging or scheduling a service call. They let you know who with a picture to who is coming before arriving (security). When the technician arrives they listen to what the issue is before making recommendations. Once they assess and correct the issue(s) then courteously they ask if you may have any other concerns. They even came with boot covers before entering your home. Again Thank you Go Green Team and I will be seeing again for the maintenance. Much success.
Daniel has been a pleasure to work with and super communicative and transparent about their process and what to expect. Kim is very helpful as well!
Ross arrived on time and went over the estimate and what was about to happen. He was very knowledgable and got right to work. I appreciate him being comfortable with my dog as well! Final product turned out great! Another service done by David and Adam - great experience. Very patient with my questions and concerns, provided me with clarity and confidence that replacement was done correctly.
Danielle and Megan were informative and took excellent care of my needs. They got me on the schedule quickly and their communication was fantastic. I really like the text they sent letting me know that my tech was Jason, included his picture so that I'd recognize him, and that he was on the way to my house. Jason was thorough and explained everything that he was doing. The appointment was not rushed. Jason asked if I had any questions as he went over the entire system. There was no upselling or pushing the latest technology. He took very good care of my system. I signed up for the maintenance plan because it is giving me peace of mind to know that I have such wonderful people to rely upon. Kyle came out for a separate issue and was phenomenal. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I can not possibly be happier. Thank you!!
I use this company for my plumbing and hvac needs, today i had zach come out for my annual water heater maintenance and he was very professional, kept things clean and was a pleasure to speak with! Thank you go green!!
Christian was very professional and thorough gentleman! I was able to go through options he suggested. I felt informed. Christian was helpful as he explained the details of the system and what each part’s functionality was compared to the current situation. We are working through our list now and making decisions. I appreciate the assistance and kindness I was shown today!
The technicians were very professional and friendly. During the inspection they explained each thing they were doing, why it was being done and what the results were. They even cleaned up my carport even though they were not responsible for the debris! At the end they sat with me explaining each option with the pros and cons. They also volunteered to answer any questions about a competitor's quotes if I needed assistance.
Adam was great. Very helpful and thorough. Was able to provide me with good advice on next steps to keep my system running smoothly.

Loretta came to diagnose our issue and generated quotes. She was really nice, fast, and willing to help. Kaleb and Neal came out to replace the water heater and did an awesome job. They were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Go Green Plumming to anyone looking for quality work and excellent all around service. It's been a few months and we signed up for their AC service. They were very professional and persistent about getting us on the schedule so we didn't waste our money. Today Jason came out to perform the service and he did an awesome job. He had a very pleasant demeanor and informative when explaining everything. We had a very positive experience yet again, and plan on using them for all of our future needs.
