We have used Fire and Ice for several years for seasonal maintenance and any issues that arise with our heat pump. They are extremely reliable and go above and beyond to do a great job. We highly recommend them!
Joe did a great job! My house is dust free after my duct cleaning. I did try another vendor first ( Stanly steamer) They were unable to do the job.

Joe has been a fantastic help to us in repairing several issues going on in the HVAC of the home we just purchased. He has expertly advised us, and he and TJ have taken great care in cleaning our ductwork, installing all new ductwork, and sealing ducts that were leaking/unattached. We highly recommend Joe!

Great experience, great service! Needed my dryer vent replaced. In the crawlspace. On a hot summer day. And I live a distance from their location. Time is money and gas prices are thru the roof. So we brainstormed by phone to make sure this job would work for us both. Joe arrived the next day and got right work. He was pleasant, professional and....told me about a much needed repair that he discovered AND gave a reference for someone that would do the job RIGHT. In these times of declining levels of service, I am highly appreciative of honesty, good communication, punctuality and quality work. I got that and more. Thank you Fire & Ice!
Joe from Fire&Ice is my go to guy for all things HVAC. We’ve been working together for several years across my rental portfolio and his level of service is top notch. Always answers the phone, even at dinner time on weekends (which is always when HVAC systems break). He will treat the situation with urgency and go out of his way to fix or provide a temporary solution while waiting for parts. Nice guy to boot!
FIrst time dealing with HVAC issues in a long time, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to call Fire & Ice. The came out very quickly, and did what they needed to do to diagnose and fix the problem in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and they will be my first call if any problems arise in the future.
I got a recommendation for this company from Home Advisor. Joe called me immediately and set up an appointment for the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and was very knowledgeable and patient as he gave me an in depth explanation. The estimate was free and in line with others I had gotten. We set another appointment on Monday morning, but he called Friday afternoon and was able to come and complete my repair. Thanks to his great service we now have a working air conditioner. I'm very grateful to him for making that happen. 11/2/2021 Because I had gotten such great service from Fire and Ice in the past, I chose them to do a whole system installation for me. It involved converting oil to gas heating, installing a new furnace and air conditioner, and installing new ducts. This was a huge project and Joseph and his crew worked diligently and professionally to complete it. They came early each morning and worked hard all day. When they encountered difficulties because my house is over 60 years old, they used their expertise and knowledge to solve the problems, and proceed with the work until the job was done. I really appreciate the good service at a reasonable price that Fire and Ice extends to its customers and I highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality HVAC service.
I am so pleased with Fire and Ice Heating and Cooling! Joe helped us baby our HVAC system through the hot summer months until it was cooler to allow a better time for replacement. Joe and T.J. performed the replacement with the utmost professionalism! Always on time for our scheduled service and replacement! If you are looking for a quality, affordable and professional HVAC company, you do not need to look any further! Fire and Ice Heating and Cooling is the VERY BEST! We will never use another service!

Joseph was very professional. I called on a Tuesday, & he was out to evaluate the system the very next day! He quickly identified the problem & repaired my hvac. He completed the repair for a fair price. He did not price gauge me like other hvac companies attempted. I will definitely be calling Joseph again if I have an hvac issue.
After having an issue first go around, Joe came back to install coolant for my AC free of charge and help with my NEST thermostat. He responded very quickly. He was extremely informative and helped reset everything that needed resetting. I really appreciated the time he spent helping to fix these issues!
Arrived on time and took time to thoroughly troubleshoot and solve a tricky AC issue that 2 other companies were not able to. Professional and knowledgable.

Gentleman was extremely professional and took the time to explain my best options. Was on time and polite. WIll definitely be using this company/him again for my service on my Hvac and also to do any other projects around my home relating to the service or installation of vents/ductwork/etc. Impressed with good attitude and willingness to take the time to answer my questions.

Joe is extremely professional! Probably the most HVAC service technician you or I will ever meet. Came out to my girlfriend's house and repaired the outdoor unit at 9pm and even offered a service member discount!! He's done work at my apartment and several other friends of mine. Won't call anyone else!
