the office girl was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting someone out to fix my air and the guy came right out did amazing job and cleaned up the area so nicely (last CO did not) thank yall again definitely get all my future business for sure
Chrismon installed a new unit in our install bay and it works great. They were very polite, clean and great price. Very happy with the job and the professional staff.
They took advantage of the hot weather and my system quitting and charged me $4000 more than the highest quote I had from others, but they could install within a day and I didn't want to have to wait 2 weeks, the install went well and they seemed to be very professional

Great job replacing the entire A/C system on what turned out to be a miserably hot day.
Christen provided the best estimate and the best warranty for the new system. They arrived on time, were very neat and very nice folks to work with to get everything done. Everything they promised was done. The install was completeD in one day and they took away every piece of trash with them. Gary and his helper, Tyler, did not waste any time and they both worked hard. The Electricians were also very nice and even helped me solve another problem. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH CHRISMON AND WERE REFERRED BY A FRIEND WHO IS EQUALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!

Chrismon was contracted to install our smart thermostat. Chad was the installer. He is a true asset to this company as I would use them - and ask for Chad- on all my ongoing needs for heating and air conditioning. Chad was prompt and very knowledgable. He was very thorough and did a great job of educating us for our ongoing needs. He was so cordial and went beyond the call of this one installation. We not only will reuse this company, but will always ask for Chad to return. Thanks for great service!
Shane and Tyler were installing conduit in our crawlspace and mentioned that they saw a water leak. I called a plumber after they left and my day turned upside down. The plumber had to rip out my wall and replace a bit of copper pipe that was leaking - walls, subfloor, hardwoods, insulation, joist/beams under house.....all soaked. Had they not said anything, we'd have been in a world of hurt. We may not have figured it out for months (until we replaced the water filter under there). We are very grateful that they said something. They didn't have to....but they did....and that speaks volumes to me. We are extremely relieved that the leak was caught as quickly as it was and thank them for being a good steward of Chrismon. ps - they did a great job with the conduit, too!
I was not home but they did an excellent job explaining to my fiancé what the issue was and how they fixed the problem!
They have been wonderful installing and maintaining my gas pack for over 10 years. Very reasonable and professional! Office are just as wonderful. Thank you all for peace of mind!

Had trouble with my unit. Called and the technician (Shane) was there within the hour. Relaced the blower in my unit. Did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend their services am 100 percent satisfied!

Chromosome Heating and Cooling is great to work with. They are super responsive and supportive! They came out to my house first thing when I had used their 24 hour chat line. Turns out I had wired my thermostat incorrectly with a newer unit and system. They also provided maintenance check on my furnace system before the fall winter weather. They explained everything along the way and did not mind me asking all the questions so I could understand my system a bit better 😊. I highly recommend this company and they will continue to have my business for my bi-yearly maintenance.
This company had no idea what they were doing and admitted that to me. I would not recommend wasting your time. They said they could do it then totally dropped the ball.

These guys are awesome, had my heating unit go out and they were there the same day to fix it. Even had the replacement part with them when the came to fix it. Arron is the man, knew exactly what it was before even seeing the unit. I just have him a description and he knew exactly what to do. Extremely fast and efficient service. Fair price for the service too. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
