This is the third time Ariana has come to our home. She is prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. She gave me an extensive list of everything that was done and checked which sets my mind at ease regarding our unit. I appreciate her good energy and hard work to make sure our family's heating and air is working efficiently. Thank you Ariana!
Amazing, very quickly came to the rescue and knew exactly what was wrong when I gave him the history of the last few days! It took 20 mins and most of that was waiting on Duke Power.
Stan came out to check my Hvac unit, He was through professional and detected the problem, explained in detail what is going on and what to expect next. After seeking help from another company with no answers or solutions I am thankful Stan was sent to my home, now that I know what the issue is we can move forward and get the issues resolved.
Jonathan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job identifying the problem with our air. He even took the time to explain in layman's term the issue so that I could understand. Hos customer service was TOP KNOTCH!! Excellent Job!!!!

My tech David was fantastic! I thought the job was going to cost a whole lot more and much to my surprise and delight. David was able to determine that it wasn’t a much cheaper repair. He was Quick, professional, and terrific to work with highly recommend the company for Neighbor HVAC needs.
We thought we had a partial blockage in our plumbing line and Quentin came out and finally discovered that our septic tank needed cleaning out. He also discovered a hole in the pump system so he replaced the pump and he added a clean out to the outside line. He knew what he was doing and did it in a very professional way.

Arianna was AMAZING!!! She taught me so much about our systems, filters ( which I've never known as my recently died husband did). Even cleaned the outside of heat pump!! She really goes above & beyond and ever so pleasant!!
Two calls - one Christmas Eve, one Christmas Day. Both were prompt, knowledgeable, and successful at getting the problems solved. CCAC is the best! Just had CCAC out to install a new in-cabinet outlet in the kitchen. The tech confirmed that doing so is compliant with current codes and determined that our existing GFI is outdated. CCAC is not the cheapest in town - just the best and they are looking out for you. CCAC hooked up our new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and dishwasher as part of a kitchen redo. Very pleased.

Justin and his assistant came in and did all checks necessary for our maintenance. They were both so helpful in being quiet, which was very, very important to my wife and I who both work at home. He also put in my one difficult air filter for us. And, again, as noted above, they were both very professional. We are very happy with their work here today.
Bought a house with a new system installed with it. The package they offer carried into the new owner, and their service is IMPECCABLE. I do not know anything about HVAC. CLUELESS. They come out every year for free as apart of the unit warranty. They will ask at the end of every call. Have I satisfied all your needs today? Any concerns you have? The personal touch is why this company sits here at a almost 5 star rating.

Texted when in route, on arrival he introduced himself, told me he was there to give me a 5 star service and I feel that was exactly what I got. Answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, went over service plan options. Very concerned that I was pleased with everything. I want him to service my heating system this fall.
