The representative from Berico Heating & Air was very professional in working to solve our home’s air conditioner issues. He explained what our problem was and how it could be resolved in a very thorough manner. I would highly recommend using this business in addressing any of your heating or air conditioner concerns.
Any questions I call the office about, is promptly and courteously answered and explained. The servicemen who come to the house are friendly and explain every step they're going to take and explain why. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
I met with Todd for a free estimate for replacing my A/C unit and furnace. He was very professional and gave me 3 options. Today, I had 3 technicians/installers (Tim, Blake & Devan) come to do the work. Thy worked very hard, all day. Extremely polite and professional. I HIGHLY recommend using Berico for HVAC issues. I called to report that the AC unit was no longer working. A previous company had said the unit which is old, needed to be replaced. I knew to ask for a second opinion and called Berico, a name that has been know and respected in the Greensboro community for a long time. Berico's technician arrived the same day and diagnosed that a capacitor needed replacing, not the whole system. I certainly appreciate the quick response and quality service.
I got not only a Generac, but a new HVAC unit! Berico is the best! I am a retired law enforcement officer and university teacher, 71 yrs old. They put in a state of the art unit, in both things I purchased. Very professional, inspector for Forsyth County said they did high quality work on both units. Duke power sent me a check for $550.00, for getting the energy efficient AC.!!wow!! Love the guys, the service, the office people, everyone! Highly recommend them to everyone! God Bless them! Excellent service, and fast professional repairs. Everyone that answers the phone there is very nice when you call for an appointment. Berico also did a great job servicing our gas log fireplace. Highly recommend Berico.
Unit lost pwr due to blown fuse. New installation, just a couple months old. Responded within an hour fixed within 30 min. Very courteous and professional.

Excellent experience from initial consultation/quote to installation. The Comfort Specialist was very informative. He took the time to answer questions and provided information in understandable terms. Several options for HVAC were discussed along with the pros and cons of each. I felt the pricing for the final agreement reflected all possible savings and discounts. The installation process was completed as promised. All the installation technicians were very respectful and took the necessary steps to protect the property. The level of customer service exceeded expectations. Thank you for a positive experience!
Daryll and Jasper were fabulous. They handled our yearly HVAC maintenance efficiently and offered suggestions to maximize the use of our equipment safely. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and able to carry on a conversation. These young men are a definite asset to the Berico staff.

Had James Harris come out on a maintenance he was professional, courteous, and completely knowledgeable. Berico is an awesome company and I will use them for the rest of my life. Not to mention the commercials are fantastic.

Berico is a FAMILY, they are family owned and operated, but also treat all their employees like family! The positive and supportive atmosphere and people from the top down make it the best place to work and strive. Being an employee with Berico makes me love my job and never have to “work” a day but throughly enjoy my day!

They've maintained my old system for many years but the time finally came to replace it. Tim, Bruce and Devon were quick, courteous and professional. They were also personable, and cleaned up the workspace well.
