the plumber that came out was very thorough we had to go back and forth with each other for a while and they finally took out the sub pump to look and see what had been in the line they discovered it was some type of t-shirt I'm not clear on what and how long it's been in there but they cleared it out pump are still working overall I appreciate the work but it should not took three visits due to the cost of charges for each charge of what they would do from snaking to a camera to opening up the system but as of today this is working he finally completed the test but they did cancel my contract after 6 years

We had great service from this company. They scheduled appointments and then sent texts and emails with a picture and name of who was coming and the time frame. When they did the work they worked hard and cleaned up everything. They did a great job.
I reached out to several electrical contractors to install an electric vehicle charger in my garage. Aurora Pro Services' quote came in at over 4x the amount of the contractor we'll end up using. The contractor we're using is licensed, bonded, and insured and is well established and trusted in the community. The egregious price discrepancy can only mean that Aurora was trying to take advantage of us. Perhaps more important than the outrageous quote is the fact that my wife said she felt very uncomfortable around the techs that were sent out. She said they spent more time talking about household service contracts than they did about they job they were there to do. When they gave her the quote, they told her that they needed an answer immediately and would not allow her a minute to give me a call to consult. Then they tried to belittle her for not being "the decision maker" that they should have been talking to. They also charged $60 just to come out and look at the job, whereas every other contractor was gracious about getting a chance to bid the project and of course did not charge for the opportunity to quote. To their credit, the pre-consultation communication was top notch and everything beforehand seemed to be very professional. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Do NOT use this company!! Always get 2nd or 3rd estimates and you will quickly realize Aurora is taking you to the cleaners!! The honest grandmother marketing is a huge joke but they are the only ones chuckling. I feel confident that if Oscar responds to this post or the one I made with BBB, he’ll weave a whole different scenario. That’s okay tho…I wouldn’t expect any less from this gross excuse for a business. I know I was lied to and ripped off and they know it too. Is that why they can’t bring themselves to call as promised? Also, my friend has tried to cancel service with Aurora after what they did, and tried to do to me; however, they refuse to return those calls as well. I’m not bitter, I found an exceptional company that is honest and took care of my ac unit for less than a quarter of the $18,000.00+ Aurora wanted to charge. I really thought that after bringing some serious discrepancies to the owners attention, I would be fully or mostly reimbursed…? How about it??
The technician came out and stayed on the job until it was completed. It was a pleasure having him there. Super service.
He did replace my blatter tank. No issues at all. Very respectful, and courteous.

Electric box clean and put new screws in it was no screws holding it in was falling out

The plummer arrived he did not introduce himself. Only asked what the problem is. We did the same work we had done on 5-12-2020. When we had it done before we were told the spicket had a lifetime warranty. Apparently we were not told of any exceptions at that time. I asked to if there was an itemized list of cost. I was told ot would be e-mailed to me. My wife and I are not happy with the service we received today. We are thinking of canceling our yearly service with this company. We wonder if that is how your grandmothers service would have been.
Mr. Darren did his job and I enjoyed his performance however the prices he quoted me was crazy to say the least after I got second opinion I learned that it was just something simple and I was about to pay crazy money for nothing yeah I won’t be using this company no fault to the young man that come out 😟😤😠😡
