Austin Anderson was very professional, keeping us informed of his findings as he did his work. We are grateful they sent someone out within 48 hours, as temperatures are over 90 right now. Glad to sign up for service program which Austin explained without high sales pressure.
Ronnie sent a photo text ahead of arrival and called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and professional and able to deal with my two dogs. He was thorough with checking on the outside and inside units. So happy to have purchased the preventative maintenance agreement. I highly recommend this company.
UPDATE 01/22/2022 Had to call this morning to ask for help with a new problem that popped up last night. Air Treatment was great, they responded promptly and sent Ridge over to help me with the issue. These guys are the best. Was concerned about going through another night with temps in the teens, but now its ok. Can't say enough about their customer care! They responded to my call for assistance promptly and Ridge did a great job to get my furnace running again Outstanding service
My husband noticed a problem with our heat pump. We called Air Treatment. Austin came out and checked the system. It took a while to find the problem because it was an intermittent problem. Air Treatment had the part needed and two days later we are back up and running
Super hot weather and AC barely working. Called at 4:50pm and technician arrived before noon next day. Answered all ?s and gave helpful advice. Been a very satisfied Air Treatment customer for several years.
Joey came out, took a look, and had my AC cooling in no time. He was knowledgeable, professional and unbelievably kind. I will be contacting him for all my future needs .
I have been very happy with twice a year maintenance. Twice minor issues were identified and repaired before issues became major. Always on-time and courteous.

Quan communication was perfect before arriving. He check throuhghy on unit in attic and outside before giving the diagnosis. Was able to get my home back to a cooling point for my family and kids. At least we know about what needs to done to prevent any further mishaps. Thanks.

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. We called late in the evening and they sent us Joey the next day who did a phenomenal job fixing our unit. Pricing was reasonable and the recommended membership that he offered us will be very beneficial moving forward.
Tyler did a great job. Identified the problem quickly and explained it to me clearly, then got it resolved in short order. I signed up for the membership considering my system is 9 years old and I can probably expect more problems coming soon, so preventative maintenance and discounts on parts makes sense to me.
Everything was just awesome! Love the service. Everything he had to do he would explain it. And he would let me know what he was doing and why. If he had to go outside to do something to the furnace he would let me know, he was going out there. Need more people like him.
Three days After getting the AC serviced as it’s regular required 6 Month inspection, the AC shut down. Keep in mind that I had no previous trouble with the AC. I was told that the drain system was flushed back in instead of to the outside during the scheduled maintenance. Since then every week since that scheduled maintenance my AC has shut down THREE times as it is not draining correctly. All of the technicians were polite, on time, and very professional.
Great customer service--a rep came the same day I called re AC unit problems. (Two other companies could not come for 2 or more days.) Very thorough in explaining options.
The technician Tyler was v ery Professional & took his time explaining things to me about my unit. He answered all my question & I had a few, yet he never rushed me & made sure I understood. He definitely is an asset to this company. Because of Tyler I felt Confident Air Treatment was a good company to purchase their Membersip Plan.
Called for service on air conditioner and they were here within 24 hrs. Very prompt and professional. This company was highly recommend to me and I can see why. Signed contract for yearly service.
Joey did a great job and is very knowledgeable, I would have given 5 stars but they had to cancel and come out the next morning on the hottest day if the year of course
The technician who was at my house was very nice and knowledgeable. He walked me through some options for replacement but the prices were terribly overinflated. I went with another company that was $6,000.00 less for the same system.
