After three days with no AC and several attempts by others to fix the problem, Marcus diagnosed and fixed it and then explained what the problem was. I'm very happy with the service he provided, and he saved me a lot of money because I had been told that I needed a new part.
Better than I could have hoped for. My A/C went down on Sunday afternoon. I called Thompson Mechanical at 8:15 Monday morning. They came and fixed the unit by noon. I called them due to my neighbors satisfaction with their maintenance. I'm glad I did and will use them without hesitation.
They have taken care of all our needs for years. They installed central air and gas furnace twenty years ago! They just put in new units a few months back. Have put a general generator , self starts, always curteous, friendly and professional I would not go anywhere else
I manage a vacation property with 10 cabins. It never fails that if something is going to break or go out it happens on a Saturday afternoon right before check in. Yesterday that happened and I called Thompson Mechanical and with in no time they had an experienced service tech here that fixed the problem. This is not the first time that I have called them in this situation and they have always been there for us! We appreciate the level of customer service, professionalism and peace of mind that they provide.
We have used Thompson Mechanical for all of our HVAC needs for the past five years and been extremely happy with their service. They are very quick to respond to any problems. We recently had Thompson install two new Bosch heat pumps. Super easy to work with. Very happy with the quality of work. I would also definitely recommend the annual service contract Thompson.
Had Goodman heat pump installed it run almost 19 months started freezing up now they say ever coil is leaking at txv port connection tighten but would not stop they want 1,258$ to fix heat was never used poor quality poor service
