Outstanding Customer Service. From the appointment scheduling down to the technician arriving. Kenneth provided awesome service and education. Showed me a few things that I didn’t know and helped explain how my system worked based off the questions I had. Great customer service!

The on-site team of David, Noah, and Tim were outstanding. We did two heat pump installs on back to back days. They were on time, answered all my questions, and everything works as advertised. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My landlord gets 2 check ups a year as part of a contract I believe. Absolutely love going to into the hot and cold seasons knowing everything is working properly. But on top of that, did not expect the service technician to be so cool, so helpful, so passionate about taking care of us making sure everything was tip top. His name is Kenneth Ingle. On May 23, 2023, Kenneth of Sheer Comfort performed annual maintenance on the two Rheem heat pumps that the company had installed over the last 3 years. His service was efficient and professional, and he communicated with us before and afterwards to be sure that he had addressed any specific concerns we might have. The Rheem heat pumps have performed flawlessly even during this winter’s repeating 3-day cold spells below 10 degrees with winds up to 40 mph.
Tim was on time, wore shoe covers inside the house, made sure the new thermostat operated the system properly and got it on the app so I can control and monitor remotely

Travis Shearer came out and quoted us for a new HVAC for our upstairs and a mini split to heat a basement office. He delivered and even moved the date of install up as soon as he had the opening to do so. They recommended excellent electrical work from Pisgah Electrical Services. TC came and finalized the install and walked us through our new units. All around great service!
Sheer Comfort has provided excellent service. HVAC system needed to be disconnected due to some landscaping work being done and then reconnected. It was a pleasure working with Carl and Tonya as well. Will definitely be using them in the future!
