Failed to get permits on 3 Complete HVAC furnace and condenser Carrier systems owner will not respond to get this done for a final inspection. Also improper installation so now working with Mecklenburg County Inspector directly.
Jeff showed up very quick. Found and took care of the issue quick. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks Jeff and Allied Aire inc!

Jeff Shue (Owner), Victor Salom and Tony Avila did a great job on my 1-day Installation. They arrived on-time, did a very professional job and left not a trace of any trash or debris on the premise once the job was complete. Our technician was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, clean, and professional. Michael Peterson was a great technician who not only repaired and serviced the equipment but educated us on trouble shooting. He used his time wisely and was respectful of our schedule. Great worker!!

The entire team at Allied Aire has been a terrific partner with us in the full replacement of our two furnace / cooling units. Their efforts have been lead by Jeff Shue with his creative design improvements and attention to detail. One unit required extensive rework of the original duct routing in very tight, attic conditions. Our installers, Victor & Tony, have been professional, courteous and helpful in installing and explaining our new systems. I highly recommend Allied Aire for their expertise and proven results. I recently had a new Carrier Infinity heat pump (25VNA4) installed by Allied Aire along with all new ductwork in January of 2023. Tony and Victor did a wonderful job on the installation and Jeff was a pleasure to work with from getting the initial estimate to following up after the installation was complete. Jennifer and Kim at the office were also super friendly and helpful. Many HVAC companies still are not up-to-date on modern heat pump technology (inverter driven, variable speed units) and will try to steer customers towards gas furnaces paired with air conditioners. I deeply appreciated that was not the case with Allied Aire - when I talked with Jeff and said I wanted to go with the highest efficiency heat pump that Carrier offers, I really appreciated that he listened to me carefully and thoughtfully and put together an estimate of exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Allied Aire, especially for anybody interested in high efficiency heat pumps! Great service and fair pricing!
Update January 2023 New Furnace installed last week by Allied Aire crew Tony and Victor. Couldn't be happier with their work, professional and courteous. Much appreciated! Working with Allied Aire has been easy and was my first call when the old furnace starting giving up the game. Chilly nights make you want to get something in ASAP! After a check up by Steve and recommendations we chose to go with a new unit rather than bandage up the old one. Jeff was here the next day to get a quote together and within a week we are nice and warm again! Thanks to the team at Allied Aire! Former Review 2018 We had our AC unit and attic radiator replaced and couldn't be HAPPIER! From the initial assessment with BJ who confirmed what we suspected and gave us options from patch up to replace. I appreciated him taking his time to explain the issues and options and we decided to go with the new unit rather than trying to band aid up a failing system. The day of install went smoothly from the crew showing up on time to keeping me informed of what they where doing. They explained the new unit and thermostat operations. Clean up and done in about 4 hours as planned. From beginning to end we were so happy we went with Allied Air! Thanks again to the team there for such a great job!!
Allied Aire is a locally owned HVAC company that recently replaced my 25 year old system. The employees took care to keep house clean as it was a rainy day, they showed up on time, and workmanship was professional. also, they answered all my questions. I recommend them for any HVAC maintenance or system replacement.
We needed a new gas line installed for the installation of a new gas range and gas BBQ grill. After suffering the abuse of a couple of other company's not returning calls or showing up, we called Allied Aire. They came out when they said they would, and did a tremendous job. This is a professional company that obviously takes pride in making their customers happy. We will look no further for our future work. Thank you Jeff, and your team.
I would like to say that the quality from the pricing of the service by Jeff, to the installation work by Victor and Tony was excellent. They came when they said that they would be here and got the work done in a professional manor. It was an all round great job and they can be trusted which I have found had to find in this industry. While owning our home, we have had to install two different HVAC systems (one on the first floor and one on the second). In both situations, Allied has provided excellent customer service and ensured that our products were working effectively. They are always very friendly, accessible and able to install our systems quickly. Jeff the manager has been a pleasure to work with and the technicians Tony and Victor have equally been amazing.
Allied Aire has installed two hvac systems for us, and we are very pleased with the whole experience! They came out very quickly, gave a thorough assessment and had the system installed and running in no time. We are enjoying a more efficient and cost-effective hvac system. We had an awesome experience with Allied Aire. From the initial home visit/estimate by Jeffery Shue to our installation team of Victor and Tony, we couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and installation of our new HVAC system. Jeffery went the extra mile to get the high efficiency unit we wanted to have. Other carriers said it would be a long wait to get a unit like that - but Jeffery made it happen. Victor and Tony were an absolute dream team of installers. They treated our home with respect and made sure to clean up any debris from the install. Victor showed us how to use our new high tech thermostat and we are excited for the savings this new unit is sure to bring us. I highly recommend this team!!
AVOID & DO NOT RECOMMEND - simply asked for install quote of 2 new HVAC units, was willing to provide all details and pictures of existing units, and company NOT even willing to provide quote without coming to my house. Sure, Allied will say some total nonsense of not knowing this or that install — which is RIDICULOUS — as I am giving them details to gnat level degree of reusing existing lineset, drains, thermostats, ductwork, putting new ones in same easy accessible location, etc etc etc.
As a first-time home owner, I was a bit nervous in dealing with the new challenge of having to replace my entire A/C system. Allied Aire completely took care of me and I would 100% use them again. BJ was great at explaining the process and laying out my options while Victor and Kodi were incredibly polite and efficient with the installation. The owner reached out to see if I had any questions as well. They managed to replace my entire unit within one business week while providing me with a great rate. Highly recommend!
