Ron came out within the hour and had the issue fixed in no time. Very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond. I will definitely use him in the future!
Had my A/C go out on a Saturday, called a few companies, Ron was the only one that called back promptly. He was here in no time, was professional, polite, understanding. He diagnosed the problem and had the part on the truck! It was my pleasure to have him come fix my a/c. He will be the first and only company I’ll call next time.

Went through my home warranty to get maintenance done for my HVAC system and they assigned Subzero Mechanical to me. Well, let me say this, I’m am GLAD they did! They called me right away to setup a day for them to come and I appreciate the quick response since I previously had issues with companies not reaching out to me for days! The technician that came to service my system was Ronaldo, and let me just say that he is very thorough with his work. He took pictures of EVERYTHING that he did and informed me of all working parts of my system and how they should be running. I will definitely make sure every time I need something done that I get Subzero Mechanical to be the ones to come service my system because I am very satisfied with the job done.
I was so surprised. Contacted my Home warranty company and within 30 mins, I receive a call from SUBZERO. Within 20mins they were here. Found the issue, planned a course of action to correct it. Resolved my issue and now we have cool air again. Definitely will use them in the future.

Our ductwork was disconnected from our hvac system and needed to be replaced asap! My husband called subzero mechanical, and they came right out the same day. Gave us an estimate. They gave the best estimate. Advised us he would be here the next day to replace it! Our house is back to a comfortable temperature and they did a great job. I would recommend this company friendly and professional.

Ron did a great job and I would recommend him without hesitation. He asked questions, listened (mine was not a typical issue), developed theories and did a thorough job inspecting and testing until he solved the issue.
My experience with Subzero Mechanical has been superb. The heat at one of my rental properties suddenly went out. Within an hour of my phone call with Ron, the problem was diagnosed and the heat was up and running again. Ron was prompt, honest, informative, and completed the work at an incredible price. As a matter of fact, he only charged me the service charge, he didn’t even charge me for completed service. I would absolutely recommend Subzero mechanical.
Ron Eury and Sub Zero rescued me in the midst of an HVAC debacle! They were timely, professional, and extremely proficient, minimizing my difficulties and restoring my system quickly and reasonably. I give this company the highest rating and would not dream of using another.
Worst company to deal with from the owner Amy to the technician that did the work. Amy is very rude, very nasty and very unprofessional. The technician should probably redo some classes, he connected the AC to the heating element instead of connecting directly to the transformer, this would have kept my AC from blowing out again 20 days later due to overheating.
It's exceedingly rare to find someone as dedicated and thorough as Ron in this line of work. Can't recommend Subzero enough! I'll never use anyone else for HVAC work and you shouldn't either.
Over the passed 2 years we have used Subzero on a few occassions when our 2 Hvac units have presented problems. Ron responded very quickly and reliably and most important, very honestly and limped the older systems along so that we would have heat in the cold and during summer heat, a/c. We then decided it was time, and Ron installed 2 new HVAC units for us. One Mini-Split unit and one conventional. The install went perfectly and expertly. Thanks to his years of experience, we were surprised how fast and clean his team works. We highly, highly recommend Ron for any HVAC needs.
We had lost heat in our home on a cold day and Ron and his team were out the same day and got us back up and running! Could not ask for better service and so grateful to not endure another night in the cold. Thanks so much!!
Most knowledgeable in town
The first time I used Subzero was for a client that had a Home warranty and they were sent out. Ron & Christian were FANTASTIC, On time, Professional and So honest and not trying to up sell anything...UNLIKE my BAD past experiences with a company that advertises on TV all the time ...The next time was on my personal system and once again they exceeded my expectations!! They will be the only HVAC company I recommend from here on!
I wish there were 10 stars!! My capacitor went out (for the second time). The first time (about 6 years ago) I called a famously advertised A/C company and had to wait 24 hours, was charged a trip fee, and then another $300.00 for a repair that took over an hour. My A/C went out this past weekend. My Home Warranty Company couldn't find a repairman in a reasonable time. My son, who is also a tradesman (electrician) recommended Subzero Mechanical. Man was that a great call! I called, left a voicemail, and Sam called me back in 5 minutes. He got right to me after his first call of the morning. He called BEFORE he came out. Got right to work. 15 minutes later, and for way less money- I was fixed right up. Prompt, courteous and very reasonable. And HONEST: He told me as long as this A/C works, I don't need to get a new one (as some famously advertised companies say to) I'll come back over and over!!
