Josh,and his team are very professional and friendly. Their work is awesome he will talk you through it all. I had to have a new subpanel put in he took care of everything at a great price this is the person to call.
Top notch. My AC went out and I found BCT well reviewed online. I called and made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. the following day. Josh showed up ten minutes early, which is huge when your AC is out in the summer, and walked me through every step of the process and the possibilities for what the problem was. He was very detailed in explaining what he was doing and why. He also located a small gas leak and fixed that very quickly. Super friendly guy, did a top notch job, cannot recommend highly enough!
If I could give Josh from Blue Collar 10 stars, I would! We had an electrical issue on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I just went down the line on Yelp and called 15 different electricians... Josh responded quickly, and was over at my house within a couple hours. Quickly got to the bottom of the issue, which was with power IN to the house, helped me call Duke Energy to explain the problem and make sure they dispatched a lineman, and followed up several times over the afternoon and evening to make sure we were okay and all squared away. And even though he could have gouged me on a holiday, he charged me a more than reasonable rate while providing great service. I would absolutely recommend them for all your electrical and HVAC needs (he is licensed for both)!!
I have known Josh personally for several years and called him last night when water was pouring from my attic from my AC. He walked me thorough some troubleshooting and told me what to do until he could come out the next day. He was prompt, through and took pictures of everything while in the attic to keep me informed. He provided me with options and benefits/risks of each in order for me to make my best decision on repair services. Without a doubt, I recommend using Blue Collar Trades! They are reliable, honest, thorough and professional and take pride in a job well done and a satisfied customer.

Josh and his team did a great job installing our new HVAC system. His level of knowledge and professionalism made him easy to work with, and he was patient when answering questions. He definitely showed that our business was important to him by being attentive and understanding, but also had our best interest in mind every step of the way. Josh was able to show up on short notice and replaced my a/c unit with almost no downtime. Excellent service, a high level of professionalism, competitive pricing, and I'm loving the new A/C unit that he recommended. Could not be more pleased with the whole experience.
