The service tech Jesse K.was professional and polite. They take before and after work pics of your unit. They explain in detail what your issue is. I would highly recommend the company and Jesse.
Would not recommend. Difficult to get a hold up. You can’t speak with anyone local. First encountered them at a local baseball game. I have numerous rental properties and they ask for my business. But you call a number and get someone who will just lie to you when they answer the phone. They won’t let you speak with anyone locally. so if you want to do business with someone in another state to doesn’t really care about you, maybe give them a try but they’re not local. They asked me for my business for all of my properties and I said I would give them a call and talk to them but when I called, they refused to let me speak with anyone and told me I can send an email.
Welcome to the neighborhood, Horizon Services....A/C tune-up was a breeze! Very pleased with the whole process, from scheduling to billing. Thiago B. is an All-Star....takes pride in his professionalism and understands what is important to the customer. He answered all my questions and helped me understand all my options (included pictures and estimates) so I could make an informed decision. Thank you...I will be a customer for years to come!
My AC went out at 6pm, I got on the phone and from that moment, I knew I was in good hands. They sent Jesse Kesler out the next morning. He was very considerate as he didn't ring the door bell and wake up the whole house. He did all the work, explained what he was doing and even showed pics. I will definitely be using them again as I did get their membership and I will keep renewing every year. Thank you so much Jesse!
Jeremiah and his team did an amazing job on re-plumbing our 1965 home. It was supposed to take 3 days they got it done in 2. Jeremiah and his team was very professional and respectful. I gave them a 5 🌟. Highly recommended.
They were able to come the same day and fix my AC problem. They were busy so it took them some time to arrive, but they solved the issue quickly and gave me some advice for future maintenance without trying to hard to sell me on it, and they have good deals for seasonal maintenance to diagnose problems before they happen at the worst possible time.
Matt Maynor, Don Wagner and Josh Larson did an excellent job on fixing my plumbing problem. They were very professional and answered all my questions and finished the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend them and their company for any service needs. Will definitely use them in the future for any other services that may come up.
Our air conditioning was barely working so I made an appointment on a Sunday and they came next day and fixed it!!!! HOW CAN U BEAT THAT 💯
Horizon Service is a company I would highly recommend for any plumbing services. I was able to receive early morning services to diagnose the issue and was able to have them come back the very next morning to start and complete an entire day of work. The employees were very professional, explained things in great detail, friendly and great hard workers that knew exactly how to fix the problem. Scheduling was very easy. Jessy and Adam were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Quoted me what’s needed vs highly recommended vs an upgrade option which is what a customer needs to know to make an educated decision. Highly recommended!
We had a new heap pump installed on April 5, 2023. The initial service call was on 4/2/23. Their tech Jesse came out. Through his expertise, it was determined that our 34 year old Lennox gas heater and 18 year old Trane AC were not safe and not worth trying to repair. The sales rep Valentina came out the next day on 4/3/23. She worked with us on determining the type system that was best for our home and lifestyle. She was very professional, never pushy, but gave us several options. We chose a heat pump that fit our budget and needs. The install took place on 4/5/23. Jesus, Isaiah and Marquese came out and worked all day and into the evening to get us heat and air that evening. Zhan the supervisor also came out to check on things. They were all courteous and professional and answered all our questions and concerns. Jesus showed us how to work our new thermostat before leaving. There were a few accidental install issues that occurred during the install that caused minor home damage. However, horizon services responded in a timely manner and took care of everything at no extra charge. All is as good as new. The customer service department and others stayed in touch with us till all was taken care of. We are well pleased with our new heat pump and the entire process. The total cost did not exceed the original estimate by one penny. We highly recommend Horizon Services.
Kyle and Kevin installed our towel warming rack, outlets, and made recommendations for sconce fixtures. They were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail. Ryan must also be mentioned in providing a fair quote, assurances and prompt scheduling of our work. We are very pleased with the results.
Probably not the cheapest, but they were the first ones to respond to my request for service via Angie, and that counts for a lot. Frankly, I haven't had much luck with Angie in the past. The guys were professional and did a good install and cleaned up after they were done with the install and hauled away the old water heater. I'll definitely consider them for other projects.
We had Josh come out for a kitchen drain issue and was impressed. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and relatable. He was up front about everything from the start and I got a vibe that he was genuine. They did excellent work and I recommend them for their honesty and integrity.
Jesse Kesler was very polite and professional. Showed pictures of what needed to be done and was given a great deal with the price. Took his time making the repairs then showed pictures of the repairs. I would highly recommend using Horizons and ask for Jesse. Great job Jesse.

I was highly impressed with Joshua from the estimate visit through a return trip the next day after my brand new hot water heater didn’t heat water the first night! Joshua asked great questions, was knowledgeable, communicated at every step and was thirsty to learn while he troubleshooted through the water heater debacle! When he and Audric realized it was an electrical issue he reached out to the electrician on the team and worked together to resolve the issue. I can’t stress enough how important it is to communicate and educate your customer with kindness. Well done! It has brought great peace of mind to have a new working water heater and new supply lines to all of our faucets!
I used Horizon Services to flush my tankless water heater. They quickly sent Paul Matt to my home. He was professional, respectful and thorough. He first explained why it needed to be done, then explained how it would be done and then explained the results. This was an unusually pleasant experience. Highly recommend Horizon and if your service is plumbing highly recommended Paul Matt.
