Do not call if your new home has already been completed. They will cut right through your electrical wiring with no regards to what they are doing. For $13,800 one would think they would have cared. That's just it. They didn't care. Edit: I always thought that maybe some of the comments that people have posted on various businesses and services that the owner responder with had simply mistakenly posted their comment on the wrong website. After reading what the owner has written after my post I realized that it's just a wishful trick of the trade by businesses to try and discredit a comment. As if they were mistaken or perhaps confused. Not anymore. If business owners are going to claim that they stand behind their work then they should stand behind their work. Even when costly damage has been done by their employees.
I definitely do not recommend this company. They came out to fix an issue and ended up causing a new issue each visit. It ended with not having any heat in our second level which meant none of our bedrooms received heat. This is definitely a big problem with it being cold out. The person who was here couldn't fix the issue they caused and instead recommended that we just leave our upstairs doors open all day so that it can get heat from the first level. Yeah, definitely not an option. I got another company out the same day and they fixed it immediately. Response #1: Yes, I have the right company. You worked on our home which is owned by Progress Residential.
Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Performed scheduled maintenance as requested and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
The service men were professional, friendly, and respectful. They listened to my questions and gave simple not technically complicated answers. He gave a few tips & helped me to understand the impact of different filters on the system. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

What a great company. So customer focused and very responsive. They actually recommended against replacing a part and waiting to do so . Probably one of most impressive things was the tech that was at the house was extremely positive re his boss/ owner and the company - a very nice change from so many folks that love to bad mouth their boss . Highly recommend these folks .
