Very Satisfied with this company. Riley and Braxton did an excellent job. Didn’t try to up sales products. Only fixed what was needed.
I never leave reviews good or bad but people deserve to know the compassion this company does NOT HAVE! It’s amazing this company doesn’t have worse reviews already. If I could give this business zero stars I would. They came out and “fixed” what was broken and did NOT tell me I had a bigger issue. My ac broke again 2 months later. When I called to have them come fix it again they told me that I had bigger issues and needed to call a commercial company. I’ve called back several times trying to speak to a supervisor about the issue and they never call me back. This company will do anything to take money from someone and then will refuse service when you need them to come back. $475 later I now have a bigger issue and they could care less. Candie the reception is completely rude and has no clue about anything to do with the business. She also had no problem calling my husband a liar, claiming he was told we had a bigger issue before it was fixed. Do yourself a favor and find a different company that is actually qualified to do the job. This company is TERRIBLE all around. I still have yet to hear back from this company which is why I’m leaving this review.

Riley is the best technician. He knows what is doing and gets the job done, if there are any questions he will inform you and he also is proactive in his procedures.
This was my first service check-up after having my new Trane heat pump unit installed 15 months ago. All went well, no issues with thier service or with the system they installed.
Ever since they had installed my new system a few years back they have always done my semi-annual preventative maintenance. Diane had always done a great job in maintaining the schedule and calling as a reminder of when the tech will be on site the day day before. Highly recommend this company.

Every single time we have called Concord Heating & Air Conditioning, or whenever it was time for servicing, each representative - from those who take calls to those who have been here to repair or service our HVAC units (we have two), they are the utmost in being professional, and they are caring and kind. We trust no other with our HVAC units. Shout-out to Reilly (who is am amazing technician) and Diane (who takes all our calls)!! You're both Number One in what you do every day!!
Extremely quick and professional—we had to replace our AC, which is never great news to hear. But these guys were so professional and fast they made it an almost painless process. We’re so glad to be basking in our nice and cool home right now—thanks! They also fixed our heater which was still under warranty—yay! Riley was extremely professional
They fit us in on an already busy day. Everyone was super friendly and professional, from Candy who called to confirm to Diane who helped with my payment to Riley who did the actual repair. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again!!
We were worked in and Eric was here very quickly. It a pleasant surprise that a last minute call would be so quick. Eric was the nicest fella, pleasant, to the point and did Not force a sales pitch to us like a previous company had done. He told us to call if the issue happened again.Eric explained what was wrong very clearly and what we might need if this happens again. Hopefully, it will not but if it does, we most definitely call Concord Heating! We are 74 & 90 yo so the repair bill was more than fare. So very pleased with this company!
Our service tech Riley showed up on time and was very respectful and professional. He explained what the problem was and what needed to make the repairs. I highly recommend these folks. They get the job done!
