Look no further - these are your people for the best service, transparency, and reliability! My finance & I were having trouble with our AC unit short cycling. We had been working with another well known company in Charlotte (MJ) for several years and the service was always lackluster and frankly, very expensive. MJ checked out the unit for all of a couple mins and then informed us that we’d likely need an entirely new unit. Needless to say, we needed another opinion and called Chad Loves. Goodness, we’re SO thankful we did! Our service tech, Mo, wasn’t even scheduled to work and came out anyway with a big smile then took his time looking at every part of the unit to give us his best recommendation. He then called his boss, James, to get another opinion and while we ultimately decided to go with a new unit, having Mo & James explain the reason behind this decision (along with other options) while using incredible precision and phenomenal customer service had us truly blown away. They eased our minds in an otherwise stressful situation. Plus - the unit we were quoted for was substantially cheaper than MJ. Win - Win! We will ONLY be using Chad Loves moving forward and would recommend them to our friends, family, everyone! Count yourself extra lucky if you get to work with Mo & James - they’re an all star team. They were able to help resolve some unreliable work that was previously done on my unit. They committed to continue to work with us to monitor when more work is needed but didn't suggest excessive work initially.

Called on July 4th as our AC stopped working they got us on the schedule for the next day. Mo called to let us know when he was on his way as promised. Once he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to be doing in terms that were easy to understand. We are so impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and the time spent and steps taken to figuring out our issue. Unfortunately, we do need a new system but Mo and James worked until 11pm getting us 5 estimates for us to choose which worked for us and our budget. Mo was installing 2 window units in our home at 11 pm to be sure we were comfortable until they can get our new unit ordered and installed. We give Mo and Chad Love 5 stars and would refer them to anyone who asked in a heartbeat. We need more companies and employees who take pride and integrity in their service! Thank you again MO!!
Chad Love has the best customer service ever! I’m talking Chick Fil-a level! They are pleasant, helpful and all around excellent. Oliver & Eric are the best technicians! They even brought me flowers and a card because it was my birthday! They even vacuumed when they were cleaning up after themselves. Unheard of! There is no other HVAC company that compares. Trust me, Chad Love is the best!

Don't know about value yet. Waiting on quote, but from what we have experienced so far we feel it will be very fair. The techs we have met so far have been impressive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
No was out and he was amazing! He was friendly, polite and very professional. He found the issue quickly and fixed it in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend Chad Love services. They feel reliable and trustworthy. Mo felt very relatable and approachable. I did not feel like Mo was talking down to me or trying to sell me on anything. Overall a really great experience.

Mo did a excellent job. Professional and very helpful. You are lucky to have this young man on staff. Represents your company with nothing but true professionalism. Did a thorough job. Would highly recommend. Should I need anything else I will request him as my service tech.
The customer service was over the top friendly. Crew came out late on a Friday due to our availability and stayed till everything was run proper.
My neighbor referred Chad Love services to me when my AC unit broke down. They came out quickly when I called, very caring and professional .Mo Explained everything very well so I knew the problems with my AC unit. Thanks Ethan, Dan, and Oliver for installing my new AC unit and helping me get back to a nice cool place with fresh clean air! Everything looks so nice, my pup and I are feeling cool and comfortable again. :)

Mo Harb was absolutely wonderful to work with, he was the primary reason I decided to do business with Chad Love and when I spoke with James, I realize they were genuinely concerned about finding the right solution to my problem and not focused on trying to sale me something I didn't need at the time, Nothing but Love.
Mo came out and gave us top notch service. Reviewed our whole system, showed us where the problems were and explained our options fully. Mo was able to get our AC system up and running before he left….thank you 😁. We really appreciated his professionalism and patience and ability to explain everything. Definitely call Chad Love if you are looking for system repairs or a new system. We will be calling them again when the need arises.
