Always receive the best service from Air Repair. Great business
Always fair, always reliable. Will use them from now on. Was on a maintenance plan with other well known large company MJ, and constantly was told needed to repair a leak, or another part and labor was excessive. After 4 years with them, and not receiving the service I felt we were paying for I called Air Repair. So glad I did. That leak is none existent so have been paying for something not needed. SMH! Air Repair is a honest, professional yet personable, reliable and fairly priced company to work with. The two times they have been out now, once for repair and once for annual maintenance they have been great. So glad we found them.
We had been using the most advertised company in the area (you know who, just watch for the white vans with blue and yellow) that charges a monthly fee and come out to maintain your system twice a year for several years. Every time they came something was wrong or we needed to replace or fix this or that. After several scheduling problems I canceled their service. I looked around and called a few places when I wasn't getting the quality I felt should be going on in middle of summer. A couple just felt like another company that you were a number to. Then i called Air Repair and I am glad I did. We received great customer service and no up sales service. I asked questions and was given honest answers. I even questioned a couple of things I had been told in past and trust their answers so much more. If you want a company who is honest, fair in price and gives great service give them a call.

I just HAVE to rave about this company! We have been calling Terry at AirRepair for years and this team is always there to see what needs to be done. They care for our own home units, our elderly parent's units, and our rental properties. I just can't say enough ... they always go the extra mile - coming in a moments notice, sharing ways to save money on repairs, and whether or not repairs are necessary. I have forwarded property inspection reports to them and they show up and knock everything out in a reason timeframe. The price is always right and the estimates are always honored. I love integrity and these guys have it.
Have used them since moving to Concord. Once to change a relay and once to fix a motor issue. Price is always fair and they arrive when they say they will. Great service

We used air repair on the recommendation of a friend after we received a very high quote from another company to replace both of our hvac systems. Not only were they quick to respond, but they gave us a quote without wasting our time on a sales pitch and service plan packages. Their quote was 1/3 less than the other company for better products. They were able to install within a week and the employees who handled the job were professional and thorough. They tidied behind themselves and we were surprised how easy it was to get everything handled. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
Fast reliable service.
I've used them for years. But this was the first time where I felt like they weren't straight up. So I'm not sure. Maybe they are still cool. But I've had really fair and happy experience in the past compared to the large corporate companies that straight up rip you off every time.
The cashier was very polite and helpful when it came to making recommendations. The crab leg platter was seasoned to perfection and was delicious. My sister and I also ordered the crab and shrimp pasta. She didn't get any crab in hers but they corrected it by giving her some to add to it. My brother and I both ordered the seafood Mac and cheese. We asked one waiter 3x for it and anther waitress for it once. We didn't end up getting it until the end of our meal. What was more disappointing was that it was not at all what we ejected. It was literally macaroni noodles mixed with minimal shredded cheese and even less seafood. Just an FYI it's not baked. Overall I have it a 3 for all of the above. Hope this helps.

Awesome group of people. We have used them for years and so has most of our friends and family. They are friendly, courteous, wonderful, respectful people and they do amazing work as the best price. We saved thousands on our new heating system. Great Job guys...
Weve used them twice now and both times they were the only company that was willing to help us. Someone came out from out Peidmont Air or something along those lines and they gave one look at it. Said nothing's wrong and left. We call Air Repair...he said he couldnt see on the surface what was wrong so he GOT UNDER THE HOUSE , noticed it was our pipe full of water so he drained it and got it working for under 100 bucks!! Now he did mention we need a new pipe but that would cost 500 and he would need help with it anyways, so we of course dont have that right now and will wait. I think our service guys name was Ben ... such an awesome worker, so thankful he took his time to figure out what was wrong. It was MISERABLE without air, I got sick feeling the last few hours so he was our life saver in both moments. 100% recommend this company, we will be long time customers for sure.

I completely trust their judgement and feel that they will give me the best advice and deal possible. They recently replaced one of my units and brought their entire crew out to ensure the job was completed in one day.
