Jared came out to assess what was wrong with my home's system. On time, professional, explained what was going on and different options to deal with it. I imagine the whole company is the same, thank you.

We appreciate the quality of service, the value plan where we pay $17.95 per month which covers 2 annual maintenance checks plus the benefits of a preferred customer. We were especially pleased by our most recent maintenance done by Tim. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. My husband, who is extremely particular, was very satisfied with this work.
James was knowledgeable, thorough and cleaned up after the job. I appreciated the way he answered all my questions and provided detailed explanations of what he was doing.
Not my best experience. Company diagnosed my HVAC with a slow leak. Put $1,000 of refrigerant into it and didn't try to find the leak. They spent most of their time trying to convince (upsell?) me to do a mold treatment on my HVAC for over $2,500. In a frustrating moment, before he even talked about a repair plan with me, I heard the service technician tell the home office that he planned to do this intensive, hours long cleaning treatment. This was a sign to me that he was used to making such upsells to homeowners, who accept them without question. I said NO to the upsell. I have talked to five HVAC professionals since then, all of whom disagreed with this company's actions--simply dumping coolant into an aging, leaky unit and leaving. I am now seeking quotes at replacing my aging HVAC unit. I won't be calling them again.

I came back from vacation today to no air. I called at 3:15 and was greeted by a tech , Jonah by 4:00. He had me up and running in less than an hour. Great work by a great technician!

I am totally impressed by Quality Air and all of the service technicians who have ever visited over the past 13 years. The last two routine maintenance visits were by Eric Jackson, and I was very impressed by his professionalism and enjoyed his personality.
Jared did a great job of cleaning things up and replacing things he thought should be replaced.
Marty did a great job cleaning and performing maintenance on our heat pump unit. He was very knowledgeable about the mechanics and what it takes to have the unit run properly. He sold and installed a new thermostat at my request. Though I just discovered it is half the price to purchase online.
Such professional service! On time, clean, polite, cheerful, communicAtwd well, and had the skills and knowledge to perform my spring system cleaning and check as well as do a needed repair right on the spot. Had the part on the truck, so it was fast and easy. No waiting or wasted time with lots of back-and-forth or more appointments. I have used QUALITY AIR for years now, and the service is consistently wonderful. Much appreciated!
I cold called First Quality Air on a Saturday Memorial Day weekend. Destiny answered and was extremely helpful. Chae was here within the hour. I was with Char the entire time he was problem solving my issue. He explained as he went the steps he was taking. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He analyzed the issue and found that I had a bad compressor. The unit is about 15 hrs old and suggested a new unit over repairing the one we had because of the expense of repairing our older one. He called Destiny and they set us up an appointment for Monday, Memorial Day. I don’t like the idea of buying a new unit, but certainly appreciate the sense of urgency, the politeness, and honesty that we received! I highly recommend them!
Marty checked out my heating and air conditioner systems. He's coming back to do maintenance. Offered to do it while he was here but I had another commitment. So he's scheduled to return.
