LTC was able to schedule an appointment to evaluate the problem with our air conditioner within a couple of days of calling. The day of service, they were prompt, professional, and explained the problem with our unit and had everything they needed with them to fix the problem. We had cool air within an hour.
They are there when you need them. They show up early, they figure out what's needed, and then do the job right.
Amazing service. Was on time. Fixed my issue fully and found other issues which they fixed as well. Affordable. Communicative. 5 star rating in every category. Highly recommend!

Josh Ledbetter was recommended to us by a trusted friend in the construction business - he said Josh was the best. We had Josh install a new American Standard heat pump system in our home about 3 years ago, and have been so pleased! Josh is polite, timely, knowledgeable, experienced and he's a man of his word. His work is professional and tidy, his prices are very fair, and he'll tell you straight. I've recommended him to a couple of friends, who have had the exact same outstanding experience when they've used him. My husband and I highly recommend him to any homeowner. This review is a little late, but better late than never.
I called because my usual service company could not come out for 2 weeks. I'm happy I did. Good people. Prompt and courteous service. Very fair pricing. They are my new go-to HVAC company.
I am so incredibly happy with the service from Ledbetter Temperature Control! We have lived in our house for a little over a year. Our HVAC stopped working 3 days ago and we called a company we have used previously for maintenance to come and check it out. This company told me our HVAC compressor was shot and our only option was to replace the compressor for thousands of dollars or to replace the whole until for much more, and that the broken unit was 17 years old. ALSO, I was promised I would get calls the next day to schedule visits for quotes. I still have not received a call and we were on emergency heat for 3 days. Ledbetter Temperature Control came out today to provide us with a second opinion. Our tech, Travis, quickly changed our filter and informed us absolutely nothing was wrong with our system. The system is running perfectly now. It was just our fault for not changing our filter timely. THANK GOODNESS. Additionally, he confirmed our unit is much newer than the other company told me. Infuriating. I will always use Ledbetter Temperature Control going forward and will recommend them to everyone.
Yesterday we had Ledbetter & Sons Temperature Control perform maintenance on our heating system. The service mans name was Travis. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all of our questions. We had a few concerns about our heating system and Travis was able to put our minds at ease and adjust our system to our liking. I would highly recommend Ledbetter & Sons for any service in heating and cooling. We were assured that our home would be comfortable during the winter season.
I would highly recommend this company to install and service your HVAC. Their input on design, location, and instillation was based on knowledge and experience. They do neat work. I've had to make a few service calls, and their technician Travis had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a matter of minutes.
A good and honest person just serviced my Air Conditioner, which needed some maintenance and also some refringent, which I had purchased and he used. Most other companies will only use their own, which is about $200/# these days. I strongly recommend calling them - 5 stars from me !
What a great company! We called them about a heating problem and they were there within an hour. The technician was super conscientious. He even researched and found out that the expensive part I needed was still under warranty! Will definitely be our HVAC company in the future.
The work and commitment was amazing. Anyone knows finding quality work is hard and finding someone to give you deals is harder. Josh and his team are amazing and I will not use any other service. I’m from Florida and buying an investment property here was important to me. Finding the right people to work on it was even more vital. I don’t know josh personally outside of his work but can say he is a stand up guy and does very clean and sustainable work.
I hired Josh and his team to install a new HVAC system at a house I am remodeling. He went above and beyond. I have since had his team repair and service the HVAC at my current home. They are professional, friendly, prompt, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
Josh and Co. did an excellent job on the install of my new HVAC units. We did split systems and both Josh and Travis were so careful in all details. All the line and lineset were plumb as well as level. They were so focused on all the details unlike other HVAC Co's we have used in the past. They get a Top rating, no the highest rating we can give! Its nice to see people that care about there job and customers. Thank You!!!!
Josh Ledbetter and his crew recently installed ductwork, heating and air conditioning in our home. He came highly recommended to us by a friend who had similar work on a larger scale done recently. They were on time, professional, and knowledgeable.
Josh and team with Ledbetter Temperature Control were top-notch. Assessed big job, replaced entire unit. Was very competitive, and if not the best price in town. How many of you have had A/C troubles right when a big holiday weekend begins? That was my Memorial Day fun. $ are tight, so I didn't opt for an emergency repair call, and began rolling calls first thing Tuesday morning. 3 of 4 companies couldn't get to me for a minimum of 8 days (including a local one that I've used before); the fourth one was accepting no new clients. I then happened upon Home Advisor and up popped two Ledbetters, one in Clyde and one in Leicester, and put out a general request. Within 30 minutes I had a call from Josh Ledbetter (Leicester) who could work me in that Thursday afternoon, two days out. Josh was professional beyond reproach...on-time, honest communication, very efficient in the use of his time, and when you meet him and talk with him, find out his story and knowledge track, you will understand why I so highly recommend him for your HVAC needs, be it residential or commercial. His pricing was what I consider very reasonable, and without my even knowing it was an option he gave me a new client discount. I am a persnickety customer, and Josh went well above and beyond my expectations. As an aside, I see he also handles gas fireplaces...guess I'll call him for that at Christmas when mine will choose to go on the fritz...LOL.
