This place is terrible! They drop tools all over Asheville and wont take responsibility when damaged is done to peoples cars. I would not do business with this (Unsafe) poor quality business.

A crew was working at Mb Haynes this past week and my friend Glaureanna17 was driving down and they dropped a tool box on her car and they aren't taking responsibility for their mistake
Downed tree pulled power lines away from home. They got to me the same day I called. Fixed damage in a timely manner, plus did some troubleshooting.
Dropped a toolbox on my brother and his wife’s car while they were driving, had no cones set. And now won’t respond. Not only put my family members life in danger but also damaged the car. And they keep deleting bad reviews. How about answer and deal with this situation like a professional business. We will be flooding the reviews until you guys decide to take responsibility.

How does a company care about their Google ratings so they delete bad reviews but not care for the ACTUAL PEOPLE that they almost killed?? Due to their negligence and lies, they’re making a traumatized young lady deal with the physical and emotional damage their careless crew caused to her, her husband, and her vehicle. There’s plenty of physical proof that this company was completely in the wrong and they can’t accept responsibility. If a company can almost kill 2 people, act like it didn’t happen, and try to sweep it under the rug, then this is by far the worst company to ever exist and will definitely not recommended them to anybody.
They don’t return calls and when they did they didn’t even bother to show up on time! FOUR hours late and not even an apology. Then to top it off, they took my deposit and ran!
I have had the pleasure of using MB Hanes Heat/Air, Electric, Plumbing Departments thru the last couple of years. In each visit they’re honest, hardworking and very dependable. They work real hard to make you feel they are working on their own home They are very personable

Great experience. Chris and Trevor were professional and polite. We had requested they look at outlets and light fixtures that seemed to be working at less than an optimal level. We were very pleased with their attention and communication skills.
Chris was very punctual and professional and put us at ease quickly. For a Saturday night the price was understandable, and reasonable. We are very happy with his quick, yet safe, work. We are thankful we have a company we can count on to be here for us when needed.

Multiple service calls…I call MB Haynes for any electrical issue I have. Professional, excellent work completed in a timely manner at a fair price! From upgrading a breaker box to changing out an electrical outlet…they are the BEST!!!
