We had our filters changed as our normal rotation, the technician Carson was very respectful of being in a business setting as we had clients in the store at the same time. He was very professional.
My boiler/radiant heat system stopped working and a Haynes service technician came out the same day and got the hot water and heat working. The technician, Sergey, was very pleasant, professional, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problems. He was familiar with the Trianco HeatMaker Mark II boiler and was willing to explain what he was doing as he repaired it. Super nice guy who really knows his profession. I would definitely call Haynes for any future problems.
We have had some odd issues with our gas boiler/radiator heat. Haynes was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a similar heating system (old house/neighborhood). Haynes scheduler said they would send out Sergey who is the "boiler" expert. He was proficient, professional and pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and also helped to install a new thermostat which required running a new electric line as well as changing the circuit board to include another common wire to the thermostat. He was also very informative with regards to the working of certain aspects of the boiler (overflow tank, etc). Not only are we pleased to have reliable heat, the service visit experience was delightful! Thanks Haynes and Sergey!!!!
We had problems with our HVAC system over Christmas. We called Monday am and Sergey the service tech texted right away and told us we were on his list and would get to us the same day. We touched base later in the day and he told us an estimated time and contacted us again when he was on the way. He fixed the problem and redid somethings the other company had messed up. Sergey was a real professional and we thank him for getting our HVAC back up and running. We will request him for all of our maintenance calls. Thanks Haynes & Sergey.
I had HB Haynes install a whole house humidifier in my home and the entire process was seamless. Michael Blalock helped me choose the right solution for my needs, gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to schedule the installation within two weeks. The men who arrived were on time, professional and incredibly considerate. Nice job, you guys! Thank you very much.
Haynes replaced my old furnace with a new heat pump. From pre-sales to installation to arranging the final inspection, they did a great job. I appreciate the clear communication and quality work at a fair price. My thanks to every member of the team!

I have had a service contract with this company for several years. They used to be good to work with but no more. They do not return calls. I can't schedule service or talk to anyone. I have made a change.
I contacted them via email and Micah got in touch with me right away; I explained I had a leaking radiator in a new house I was not familiar with and she sent Zack the very same day to shut down the water to prevent leak damage and diagnose the repair. Very responsive, understanding and prompt. I called at least 8 other companies and was unable to find someone who wasn't a week out. Very thankful.
Same day repair service, even though we were new clients. The repairman showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and walked me through preventative maintenance. Contact from first phone call through the end of service was all very professional and friendly.
Came home from vacation to find our ac not working. Called 3 places before Haynes who were rude or couldn’t get us in that day. Haynes came 1 hour after we called. Diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend
Our A/C unit completely stopped working this evening. I called Haynes Heating & Cooling the next morning, and Sergey, the service technician, was at our house by 11 AM. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (burned out circuit on the motherboard). He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. After returning the A/C to service, he performed routine maintenance. He had a great sense of humor and made the process enjoyable all around. Now our A/C is stronger and more efficient than ever. We look forward to working with Sergey in the future for yearly HVAC maintenance. Thank you, Sergey.
A/C unit completely stopped working while we were sleeping last night, called at 8 a.m. this morning and had a technician out at the house by 2 p.m same day. I wasn't physically present myself, but the issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed within a very short time period. Was told they were friendly and efficient. Thank you guys again, we will definitely use Haynes for our future heating/air issues!
Michael (our salesman) was top notch! He went above and beyond to make sure our heater was installed correctly in our greenhouse. Will use them again in the future.
Haynes has made the furnace replacement process as quick, cheap, and painless as possible. Everyone I've dealt with has been both professional and super knowledgeable. I rarely write reviews/give recommendations, but I'll gladly make an exception for this company. 5/5
I definitely called the right place. My air conditioning wasn’t working and Sergey came out within 1/2 hr. He was thorough in cleaning the filters, adding freon and fixing wiring that was damaged and tested everything. Very kind, efficient, knowledgeable, integral and respectful. I am quite impressed with his work and Haynes’ expediency and cost (very low) with my situation. I highly recommend them! Thank you Sergey!
Had a Fog in my home one evening, looked up reviews for the best HVAC companies. Decided to use Haynes, bc I thought they were a reputable company. They came out, DX the problem, that my evaporator coil was leaking refrigerant and needed to be replaced. Charged me $95 for diagnosis fee. The estimate for labor and replacing the evaporator coil was $1605.... They came out replaced the coil, I felt like the job was done quickly and poorly, and I understand the technicians had to quit working bc it was storming and I was ok with them coming back the following Monday to finish, but I wasn’t ok with having to Pay before the service was finished!!! No breakdown of prices, or a contract with warranty... nothing! I had to call a private contractor to come look over the job Haynes did, he found that Haynes did not install the right piston and the original .076 had not been replaced and left inline.... and that the outdoor unit required a .065.... he also noticed the Delta “T” between the supply and return temps should be between 18-20 degrees and it was only 10 degrees. So I had to pay this contractor an additional $200 plus what I already paid Haynes to find their mistakes...... contacted Haynes, they came back out and installed the right piston size. This is so unfair and I feel like I should be reimbursed, as I would not had to pay more money out of pocket, if Haynes would have done the job correctly to start with!! UPDATE: Haynes reimbursed me the additional $200 I had to pay, I really appreciate the apology and service manager delivered a check to my home.
My AC unit was freezing up and Haynes Heating & Cooling provided excellent customer!! Kelcey was amazing and answered all of my questions. She was able to schedule Zack to come out to my house immediately to diagnose the problem. He was very detailed and explained everything thoroughly. Customer service is important to me and I will continue to use them for services in the future!! Thank you!!
