I feel sorry for anyone that has a Carrier system. Unfortunately they are at the mercy if these Jokers. Horrible service

They take too long and do not value the customers time. Unless you got time, go somewhere else. I waited half an hour and the guy at the counter looked at me and then continued to do his own thing
