As a new homeowner who is very ignorant about my oil heating system, Brian explained everything he was doing, what to look out for and took the time to tune up my furnace correctly. When I initially called, my furnace wasn't working because I was out of fuel. I was able to get it going again but he was prepared to come after hours to get my furnace working again.
