Josh showed up and saved the day! He was quick to diagnose the problem, install the bad part, and get my AC up and running again. The office staff are great and we’re able to fit us in right away!
Josh and his partner arrived to work on my A.C. unit. After examination they discovered That it had a leak. Josh went to his truck and found the part he needed to fix the unit. He fixed it and replaced the coolant. Just minutes l a ter the house was once again a cool place to be. Mountain Air has always hired professionals. Bob
Central air went out around 6:00 pm Saturday night. It's hot. I put in a couple of calls to our normal air guys. No call backs. Called Mountains Air Mechanical got a call back in 10mins. Said he could be out mid day Sunday. He actually came in around 11 am. Had it fixed in no time. Josh was super nice and took the time to explain the issue we had to us and answered all our questions. The calls to the other businesses that say they are 24/7 and we have used....still haven't called us back. We will be switching our home and rentals to Mountain Air and Mechanical. Thank you Josh. It was over 90 today and you kept the family cool. We appreciate you.
From start to finish we have been very pleased with Mountain Air. We would highly recommend them. The are very professional and efficient.
On time and Josh is a good responsible worker, answers my questions and I feel is very thorough in his looking over my heating/cooling system. He treats me with respect and knows his business and communicates well. His helper today seemed very attentive and worked well with Josh.
Called in the morning and was told someone would be out the following day, received a call later that an opening had become available and issue was fixed same day. Jims' service was prompt and professional Updated: had another issue, Jim came out same day and had the problem identified and fixed in short order. 5 star review stands. Thank you guys.

First time we used Mountain Air Mechanical Contractor's for our annual maintenance of our AC systems. I was extremely pleased with the thoroughness our technician James performed on our two systems. James was very professional explaining in detail the condition of our systems and what was needed to maximize their efficiency.

Mountain Air installed a complete new system, including mini split compressor, air handler and ductwork. They were in time, professional and did great work. They technicians were super.

I have been using this company over the past few years. I purchased a new Trane HVAC system,in the spring, when I switched over to AC there was a chemical odor, had them come check it out and brand new system, the coils were defective. Mountain air would not stand behind the product, so I had to pay $1800, to have them replaced. Then this spring, the same thing happened, so had a technician come out to check it out and they sprayed something in the ductwork thinking it was mildew.I still have the smell when I use the AC. Then I noticed a stain on my ceiling and go up in the attic to see what is leaking and they had stepped on the condensation drain line and it was broken. Nobody has been in the attic except them. Not only that, but they hadn't hauled off the old unit, which was included in the price of installing a new one. This company takes no responsibility for anything, and I strongly urge anyone to look elsewhere, bad customer service. They didn't even call to see if I still had problems. Just ignored
Called yesterday and they came out today to fix my AC. Tech was professional and polite. Installed new parts and my AC is back. I have a yearly maintenance contract with them and highly recommend them.
