Quick service. Brandon was amazing, fixed an older central air unit that had not worked for years, same day for a very reasonable price. Give him a call!
We used Brandon last year to replace and installed new water heater, and recently to replace some valves and installed new w/d. He identified and fixed the problem and gave us some great suggestions for our system going forward. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, on time and reasonable. We’ll definitely recommend his service.
Throughout the process of working with Brandon, he was responsive, professional and thorough in his assessment of the issue with our heating system. We ended up installing a new boiler and hot water heater. The installation process was smooth, but when we encountered a problem a couple of days later (no fault of Brandon’s - a part on the new system failed), Brandon came to our house on Christmas Eve to resolve the issue. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be using Brandon in the future, as well as recommending him to others.

Heat was out in the bedroom zone of our home the day before Thanksgiving. We called 5 other providers and nobody had any availability. Then we called B Glad, and they were there in a couple of hours. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and completely. Next time we will call B Glad first!

Amazing service!!! Fast, knowledgeable and a price that was very reasonable. Had a boiler issue, no heat or hot water in this winter like weather and Brandon was here in 20mins of my call. It was fixed and up & running in no time. I’m definitely using B Glad for all my future issues/maintenance

Never responded to my Angi request or my submission from their own website. Turns out I am replacing my entire system and I'm using someone else, so they lost out on a big job.

Brandon was extraordinary both in his professionalism and in his knowledge of the field. He came to repair our completely dysfunctional central air conditioning unit, and all of the other companies to whom we had spoken had insisted that we needed to replace the entire system. But Brandon did a thorough analysis and recognized that all it required was a new motor and blades as well as a thorough cleaning of the outside unit. As a result, I paid roughly 1/8th the amount that had been quoted by his competitors, and I am thrilled to report that we now have our air conditioning delightfully functional again! I would heartily recommend him to anyone as he is both personable and professional, honest and extremely hard working! Thank you so much, Brandon!

Highly recommend to anyone in the area (Westchester/Putnam/Dutchess Counties). Work was done with great attention to detail, and the technician taught me things about my system I never new.
Came and fixed my furnace on call, fixed it quickly and was able to explain to me what he was doing, also answered any questions I threw at him. Amazing service that doesn't cost the outrageous prices that others charge!!
