Thermostat stopped working and they sent someone out right away. He looked over my whole system before assuming it needed to be replaced, I really appreciated it and made me feel comfortable, I'll definitely use them again

It's hard to find an honest hvac company BUT I trust 123 hvac, they've earned my business. They have come out to look at my ac system multiple times over the years. NO COMPLAINTS.

They sent a guy to give me and estimate, i'll admit i had gotten 2 quotes before he came out from other companies. In the end i decided to go with 123 hvac's quote because it was the most affordable and the sales guy actually took the time to look at my old system and explained what would work best in my home. The other 2 guys were not as thorough before quoting me on ac replacement as well as he did.
They came out and did full maintenance on our system, Steve was super nice and did a great job. I was worried I would need to replace my ac but he was honest and told me I had time before I needed to think about going that route.

Relocated thermostat. Took unit apart inspected everything. Excellent repairman who is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need reliable, honest and friendly this is the company and Steve Porco is the repairman. One of the few times I felt like I got what I paid for. Thanks for the great experience.
