The bill was exactly as promised. Very happy with our new furnace and the service we got from Maxtec Heating & Cooling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Our furnace began to leak water from the lower fuel line vent back into the furnace, causing it to pool. After reaching out to Maxtec Heating & Cooling, I was contacted the following day by Ben. He came to see us more than a day later after a brief phone interview. Ben called ahead of time to notify me of his impending arrival, which was a nice touch. Ben became very polite, an expert in his paintings, and recommended a suitable furnace for me. We couldn't be happier that the problem became permanent right away.
Maxtec Heating & Cooling team performed admirably. They were able to send a technician my way by 10:15 am after I contacted after 9am. Daniel was able to swiftly diagnose the problem with my air conditioner and provide me a wide range of solutions, each with a clear cost breakdown. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions, all of which Daniel answered fully and in a way that went above and beyond what I had anticipated. I will return for all of my heating and cooling requirements. Thanks for a job well done!!
We have used Maxtec Heating & Cooling 3 times on 3 different properties. The latest repair resulted a discussion about what needed to be completed and what was completed and a follow up discussion on costs. I am extremely pleased with how rapidly and easily this was resolved. Far too often a business falls short of good customer service. In this case, they provided fantastic customer service. Thank you for being so easy to work with.
Fantastic customer service from Maxtec Heating & Cooling. Their service technician, Geoffrey was on time, very professional and extremely articulate in explaining the repairs. He made sure our AC system was running smoothly after repairs were made and gave us information regarding our AC unit for future knowledge. We will definitely be calling Maxtec Heating & Cooling in the future.
