Marks Heating & Cooling Co, recently installed a new HVAC system. Everyone was wonderful... Professional, fast, wore boots and masks and cleaned up after themselves, answered all questions, very kind... highly recommend this company!
The employees were very professional and respectful of our property. They explained each process they were doing every step of the way. Our home is over 60 years old this was the first time air duct cleaning was being done. They showed us items they found that had been there for quite a while, even some scrapped wood that was there by the original builder. I highly recommend them, a wonderful job and quite a value!
The technician that maintained the heating system was Don. He is really polite and is an expert in his field. He has frequently been dispatched for my heating system maintenance, and his service has never caused me any trouble. Fully recommended!!
All of our experiences with Marks Heating & Cooling Co, have been excellent. Our A/C was cutting off and on periodically during the 4th of July weekend. Our service technician came to investigate and in a blink of an eye, cold air was blowing in our faces again. Thank you Josh for your professionalism, quick diagnosis and solution to the problem that caused us to sweat. We appreciate you.
The technician arrived in a timely manner. Was friendly, knowledgeable of the maintenance to be done, chatted with me and answered any questions I raised in a professional way. He was respectful of the property by covering his shoes when entering the house. Abided by state mandate and wore a mask the entire time he was here. Excellent service experience.
This is a front for something. This business does not exist. It's some Asian guy who answers the phone and then hangs up on you when I asked him why his business was located in my friend's house.

Marks Heating & Cooling Co is a fantastic company with awesome employees. My furnace went out on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were out within 30 minutes.Craig the technician that installed my furnace was super professional, customer service oriented, and performed excellent work. The field supervisor was a nice, honest guy as well.I would also highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for your excellent service.
